I have just a small charm but I attach it to the side of the bag where the long strap attaches. I vote just charm, leave the hang tag for another bag.

Just to my Pm today. It is very lovely
But I did notice my PM below ,
1. When standing on the table. The bag tilts forward. It is empty

2 the cover or flap is flat and touch the top edge of the bag

3 the bag tilts forward when I hold it. Instead of straight.

are these normal, or factory defects

The bag will tip forward when empty. See if it does it when full. Mine does not.

The one I received didn't even stand on it's own. I asked CS if this is defect, but they said it is not basic function that this bag stands up, so it's not defect.

So I returned mine, though it was second try exchanging from the first one which had small bump on the corner of the front side.

Congrats! It's normal to be that long, I've had a Monogram Pochette Metis that had been made around 4 months before I purchased and recently A cream Pochette Metis from 2019! It was a discontinued colour but my SA managed to track one down that must've been in a warehouse somewhere. Even returns have to be sent with 30 days not months later.
