Oh no! That’s definitely too soon! Your post made me pull out my 2 PM’s to see. There’s slight single crack on each side of my Rose one but I think that’s normal, it is where flap bending happens.

You should take yours in for repair/exchange, it’s still within a year (exchange window) so LV should rectify your situation. GL!

It is a 1.5 to 2 hour ride to the store. I will report back! I really hope I can exchange it. I love this bag.

MB -- I posted this in another thread but maybe I could get your opinion? U have some beautiful empreinte PMs. I got my turtledove in late October/early November. I'm working from home, not going too many places, switching my bags out frequently since it's winter and we have snow and rain here. Yesterday I noticed my glazing looks like it's cracking. I'm so bummed cuz I love love love this bag. This shouldn't happen this soon, correct? I'm so careful! I have the protective stickers on the hardware and I really watch where I put my bags, stuff them lightly and store them in the dust bags when I'm not using them. View attachment 5008154

There are several cracks on one side, and only one crack on the other. I will take it in. It's a long drive and my SA is hot and cold so wish me luck. Because I know this has been an issue with canvas, I've been so careful to not even open the flap too far. I don't think this should happen when I only received it probably early November. Life isn't even back to "normal" where I live (Midwest) and I've been in the house for the most part!

Same here. I got a PM in December that I have worn maybe 3 times, because we don’t go anywhere.

Scarlet is very pretty. I passed on cherry berry due to the (to me ugly blue edge finish and inside lining). Scarlet is very elegant and could be also casual, cherry berry is only casual, but that is me.

Update: Drove 1.5 hours to the LV boutique to have my PM looked at. They didn't say too much. Snapped a few pictures and said they would send an email out today and get back to me. I will update again when I hear back. While I was there I picked up a macassar keepall. So much for ban island.

They said they would have it evaluated and it would likely either be replaced or repaired. I certainly don't think it's normal! I received the bag in November and I've mostly been home. She said the bag is in really good shape. Yes, because it's NEW! I try to be really, really nice even when pointing out a flaw or a possible defect but I don't feel like they're always nice. This is the Northbrook, IL store.

I had similar problem with Soeedy B after one use I discovered the problem within a month, probably the problem was there when I purchased, but did not discovered earlier. However I had trouble to return or exchange to the point I had to write a formal complaint.
