Air pillowsAnyone stuff their pochettes to maintain it's shape...what do yall use??
Thx for sharing! This is super helpful I don't have a LV store close to me. Now just deciding on the mono or DE pa ❤️
Try the department stores. I got mine the same day I called the SA. I went into the second department store the SA found a strap at the boutique and transferred the strap to the department store.Has anyone gotten the mono pochette accessoires nm from a boutique recently???
Just curious, where does the bag hit you? At the hip? I want to order and am 5’1 and don’t want it to be too short or long. I was thinking 42 inches. What do you think?View attachment 3947333
i finally received my strap from mcraft and the quality is perfection. Looks like it's from LV!
For reference i'm 5"4', and ordered 46 inches and it's the perfect crossbody length.
I am looking st craft on Etsy and I am 5’1 I am stumped if I should get her basic 120cm or ask for shorter. Where does your bag hit you? The hip?I ordered 3 straps and have gotten 2 so far in the mail. View attachment 3846504 The leather strap is M craft (eBay) and ~120cm in length. She does custom sizes, but I didn’t think I would need a shorter length. I was wrong! I usually knot my shoulder straps to shorten them and did the same with this one, though I don’t like how it looks as much bc it’s not a clean line. I’m 5’0 for reference.
The gold chain is k craft (eBay) #02 in 50cm.
I also custom ordered a longer chain from k craft at 105cm because I learned my lesson with the length of the leather strap.
All in all, this bag is amazing, love it, so glad to not have shoulder pain from my usual large bags, and just love. I want to put charms on it and get it heat stamped. It’s like, the cutest,
simplest thing.
Yeah that's where I got my pochettes couple of weeks agoTry the department stores. I got mine the same day I called the SA. I went into the second department store the SA found a strap at the boutique and transferred the strap to the department store.
Sorry for not seeing this sooner! The strap hit low, below my hip. I should have gotten a smaller size. I actually ended up cutting it myself and tapering the ends, and I cut it to around 105cm. I'm 5'0, and that is a perfect height for me - it hits at the top of the hip. The 120cm was actually hitting below my hip on the side of my leg, way too far away to reach for!I am looking st craft on Etsy and I am 5’1 I am stumped if I should get her basic 120cm or ask for shorter. Okay thank you! The 120 cm was 47in and I told her to make it 42 in which is 106cm so that’s perfect!Sorry for not seeing this sooner! The strap hit low, below my hip. Returning it is a hassle...they don't readily have these bags in stock for me to compare and there's that cloud of thought floating above of how it can all be discontinued today/tomorrow...*sigh*
Did you end of returning?? I was looking at mine and on one corner it has some pulling at the stitch line as well. Everything else looks fine.
I’ve never seen this in any of my other bags.
Is this common for pochettes?
Kept it cause I really needed a crossbody. After 2 prior returns I concluded that this must be the norm (canvas peels, threads sticking out, big holes in between stitchings, cracks) for PA. My mini however was/is almost entirely flawless. Also read in others posts that this defect is quite common in PA so yeah...I don't know..I guess the recent ones are like that
