that sucks! I bought a used 2011 version for $280 and it was in great shape. It makes me feel irked that stuff nowadays isn’t as great when the prices are so much higherI finally received my PA in DA! I love it! 
The zipper on my OM pochette broke [emoji24]
Surprisingly it’s not the zipper tab that broke off. It’s the part where the zipper holds the tab that broke. The zipper itself still works but it’s now missing the part that anchors the LV zipper pull tab. Hubby said the zipper itself is likely not repairable and will likely need a zipper replacement. Does LV do that? Slight problem is that there is a little crack on the canvas and I was told LV won’t touch anything that has a damaged canvas.
What can I do about this? I love this bag so much and has been carrying it so much over the last few years (as it was new to me and was made around 2001) [emoji80][emoji80][emoji80]

That is an easy fix. Take it into LV - this is something they can do right in store.

Used my pochette everyday on my 10 day euro trip!
My strap is 110cm vachetta strap from FastestSloth seller on Etsy. I am only 5’2” so I measured beforehand to make sure it would fit. When you measure u have to take into account that the pochette has the leather tab that adds some length to the drop of your bag.

Looks great!!! What width did you go with? I bought a chain strap for mine but now I’m looking for a nice leather strap.

I‘m a newbie to the forum and this is my first pic.
I was looking for the PA but it was sold out everywhere. Then I got a preloved in Damier Ebene, but couldn’t love it. A week later I saw cracks on my speedy B in DE, it’s 2,5 years old. Directly next day I run to the LV Store to ask for help. They exchanged it!!! Just randomly I asked for PA and there was one in Mono. I took it, and I’m so happy now. Sold the preloved and was lucky to get the matching Mono Strap online too. I’m on vacation now and so happy with my purchase. For me the Mono is much more versatile from day to evening with different straps. My good friend, who brought me to this forum, presented me also a long and a short golden chain and I love it too!

My recent purchase - I was really lucky to find an epi pochette recently in pristine condition and at a very low price. The owner probably didn’t get much use from it cuz the original strap is too short to wear on the shoulder even. I used a long chain strap I got on eBay to make it a crossbody bag [emoji74]
