So it sounds like that Pandora is quite popular in HK too? I thought only diamond and platinum jewelry is welcome there. I am glad to know you girls there like Pandora too.
Is quite popular in hong kong with trendy young women now they have opened up a load more concept stores there. It's popular to have 24k jewelry over there but is impractical as the gold is too soft to wear every day can bend lose it's shape and the detail in the workmanship is worn away so easily. Pandora bracelet seem a more practical alternative yet is upmarket jewelry well respected over in hk.

I see. Well I am pleased to know that Pandora is well accepted by those ladies in HK. I've been there many many times. I like HK very very much - the decious food, the nice climate, of course those lovely shops - it is a shopping paradise, oh everything. I always want to go back to HK!

Are you Chinese or did you just go to holiday in Hong Kong. I used to go quite often when I was younger but not so much now due to finances. I hear that the Pandora there is so much more expensive than anywhere else.
Yes you guessed it I'm a BBC (British born Chinese) same here use to go to hk when I was younger much more frequently than I do now. My oap parent live out there. So far using my bangle with this many charms has been ok no problems apart from it scratches it up but not too bad it's definitely not as shiny as when I first got it. But I seem to prefer my bracelet in a permanent rounded rigid shape which I was unable to keep to when I had the barrel clasp version as I had mine like your very nice pink two tone with muranoes u uploaded pic of. But it soon became loose chain like and didn't sit on my wrist like I want it, I have rather a flat child like wrist?????

Hello ladies, this is my first post on this forum, after many weeks when I read and watched your bracelets on the other thread. I have to say I like all of your bracelets/ bangles and somehow I was inspired by you. Please forgive my typo and language mistakes, I live in Eastern Europe, but I'm happy that I found this forum and I would like to share my acquisitions with you :-) I started my bracelet on August 2013 and this is where I am now. Hopefully you will like it, because I know I enjoy it a lot!!!

I wish you could post a couple of picutures where you are wearing your beautiful bracelet in it. It just brings it to life.

We have a house in the New Territories and it's a hike to somewhere trendy for the shops like Sha Tin. My folks live here but we have family there who look after the family house. I was born here too. It's too hot there for me and I get lots of midgey bites! I love looking at the jewellery there because it's so different to here. There's even a Pandora in the airport. :smile1: I never would have never thought it would have gotten so popular there. Do only the young women and girls wear them? If celebrities wore Pandora I bet this would promote it even more. I guess the older ladies like their traditional jade bangles. I love the look of the bangle though. Not sure if it's for me.

Haha! I am glad you mentioned the jade bangles - I have three! Yes! Don't ask me why I bought them, I don't know. Perhaps their different shades. Anyhow, they've been sleeping in my jewelry box for years. My everyday jewelry now is Pandora. It used to be a platinum & diamond braclet I bought in HK. I wore it all the time till I found Pandora.

Same here have a house in NT. Is near sheung shui. I went back to hk last years my hubby parents family live in Kowloon so get to go to all the shopping centres, theres loads and they seem to all have pandora shops there and the woman that buy it seem to like there designer clothes and handbags very elegantly styled. There has been a number of high profile Chinese actress and models that have been to the grand openings of the pandora stores. My bracelet was at it's most beautiful when it was on a barrel clasp with pink muranoes and two tones. John greed jewellers website uses a photo of my bracelet on "pandora hall of fame page" where pandora addicts send a photo of their creation. Well mine is the pink bracelet they use as a link to the page if you go on there Facebook click on albums then there's a picture icon of pandora hall of fame . Is that picture that my bracelet. I loved it to death when it looked like that but it was rather heavy to wear everyday.
