Thank you for your quick response! I didn't expect that at all.

Hey, I'm on vacation , Lol! THIS is exactly what I want to be doing to relax today

First time I tried a couple of lime oval cz one, I felt like 'well they look nice but perhaps too uhmodern to me...' I was not very sure they were mine, so left the store. Also I rarely see people wearing bracelet with lime colour charms on it, so when I saw yours I was blown away:). Very nice. I like them on yours, very much.

I'm sorry this picture quality stinks, I took a screenshot from my photo on Flickr.. But anyway, wanted to show you my full lime bracelet! Great for summer, I say go for it!!

Thanks, Tabitha! I've been on vacation (at home) this week, and I've been relaxing by combing through all the Pandora threads and just drooling over the gorgeous bracelet combos! I love the stories behind them, I love seeing how people choose to design theirs, and the psychologist in me is totally fascinated by the "obsession" quality this jewelry has over all of us! I was contemplating posing that as a question here, actually: what is the secret to the compelling, addictive nature of Pandora jewelry? I have some thoughts, but I'd love to hear other ideas. This thought occurred to me after I read an article actually breaking down the psychology of why Candy Crush is literally addictive, and I wondered if similar principles might apply to all of our addictions!

Anyway, before I trailed off, I was going to say that reading through the forum inspired me to rearrange my bracelets that haven't seen the light of day in a while, and I began to really appreciate my collection. Then, I realized if everyone else likes looking at pictures as much as I do, I should give back a little bit!
Oooh, what are your thoughts as to why Pandora is so addictive? After all, it's just a bracelet on but we do seem to be pretty obsessed with them! I think we love them because they are pretty, sentimental and can keep on making our bracelets "new" by rearranging or replacing new charms. I wear mine every day. My good friend has one but she doesn't wear hers every day. I would want to! In fact I wish all my female friends has Pandora so I can buy them charms.

My friend and I got our other friend an oxidised bracelet and put the flower open works charm on for her birthday. Anyway, in our opinion she went and spoiled her bracelet by putting on cheap sparkly charms. These charms are costume and not even silver. We kind of hinted that by adding non Pandora charms will void the guarantee of the bracelet (I know no one really sticks to this). I'm not being a snob, but I am a bit disappointed that she would spoil her bracelet like this. We got her the angel charm for her birthday but the other costume charms have taken over her bracelet now. She just has the two Pandora charms we gave her and the rest are sparkly costume charms.:D

One of my male student's at school even has a plain silver Pandora bracelet on. He has it close fitting with no charms and it looks cool.

These clips were on sale for £35 recently. I think they were on Jewel First website. Maybe all sold out now though.
The nearest Pandora is the one in Reading, I want there on 30th Dec, all two tone charms on sale were sold out way before I knew the sales was on. Really sad I felt when I was told so when I was in the shop.

Can you share a pic? Two tones are my fave :D
Hm, its funny, while I would hands-down say this is my favorite, I guess lately I've felt like it too extravagent for daily wear. I've learned toward a minimalist look on my bangles (Alex & Ani, anyone?). I remember the first time I saw the single charm per bangle/multiple stacked bangles, my Pandora brain didn't get it. That's become a very popular style in New England over the last couple years! Secondly, I am trying to present myself as relatable and down-to-earth in my job and maybe its just me, but I feel like maybe a full gorgeous gold bracelet could be distracting? I think I will work it into my regular rotation upon returning to work. Thanks for letting me process this out with you, haha :)

These are some old photos as I have changed up my bracelet a little but don't have an up to date clear photo. The close up of the two tone safety chain is the newest arrangement but from the angle, you can't see the other charms. I just focused on the safety chain.

Ooh I agree with you... Why has she done that? I bet it looked nice with just the pandora charms on? Each to their own I guess...

Sorry to ask such a basic question but the price is too attractive as in a high street or SIS Pandora, the safety chain is solf for £100. So what is Perlen please? And it is an online shop or one of Pandora's suppliers?
Oh everyone shops on Perlenodense here!:D

Perlen stock Pandora charms and are cheaper because it's a Danish website. The P&P is free, but you can pay for recorded delivery. They are all genuine charms. It's great for a bargain. Pandora cancelled their contract with Perlen a while ago but then decided to provide them with limited new stock to sell.

Hi ladies, haven't posted in a while (haven't had time because of uni/work/general life getting in the way). I now have three bracelets two full one part filled.

I have had 7 charms this Christmas - the three HCA charms (two of them aren't on these pictures), the Olympics charm, the red murano and the Chinese year of the tiger charm and the open work leaf charm!

Oh I think you should definitely wear it more because you are at work most of your life, so why not? Even though it's extravagant but it's only material things.:smile1:

I see. Thank you very much for the information. I always buy from a psycical shop. I will check out this website to see the price of my desired clips and safety chain. It may fasten the speed for me to build my next bracelet. Cheers.

Have you checked to see if your clips are on the Jewel First website? They were £35.

Love, love, love!! I can see why you wear it daily!

It's much cheaper if you scout around and look on website and buy in sales than to pay full price. The half price Pandora sale is on in the UK and there are still some good charms left on some of the websites.
