I do not know where collectabead gets there beads but they bought them and they are now allowed to sell them on a place like ebay with the right to resale. Just like anyone could sell off their bracelet on ebay. Pandora does in fact sell to small jewelers and random others, not ONLY "authorised" dealers.

After doing some more online research, I came across a seller on ebay called, "Collectatroll" They sell troll beads (Not familiar with that brand) they use the same looking stock photo's, Description looks identical but they sell out of Florida. Not New York like Collectabead. It's very strange!!

It's all just so confusing!

Another thing to consider is that they get the new collections spot on and not a few weeks later. Counterfeit Pandora beads take a while to make and collectabead gets them at the same time as the Pandora stores. I know from watching them get the Christmas collection and the Valentines at the same time and not later, which would suggest they had to wait for the fakes to be made and perfected.


But if you are really worried, just ease your mind and when your bead arrives you can tell ebay it is fake and they will refund your money and you can send it back to them and go to the store.

All I asked for was a photo of the charm I purchased. That's it. I don't think that's asking much. Do you?

I think the strawberry and horse head were brought back after they were retired, but it looks like they're both back to being retired. Although there are a few pieces that I adore in each release I'm getting more disappointed in the direction the've gone. I love two tone charms, but I don't think we'll be seeing too much more of that. Looks like they just keep bedazzling their old designs. I love the classic two tone christmas tree, why then release a bedazzled version! There are some very elegant paves, but the multicolor one that's coming out doesn't look like pandora at all to me :cry:

Oh! And guess what, last night in a moment of weakness I purchased the beehive charm on perlen. I've been wanting that stupid little charm for over two years. So then I wake up this morning feeling super guilty about spending that much, but still go to check out whats going on that rue la la sale, and behold.... The beehive charm for half off!!!!

I agree. Also, They plan on retiring the pineapple and it's returning for the Summer 2014 collection w/CZ's?? I just don't get it?? Don't get me wrong I do like some of the paves/CZ's but there are just too many of them now, It seems like every collection comes out with the same charm just in different colors. It's a shame!


I will say, I'm super excited for the Spring collection. I really want the dog related ones (Can't remember there names exactly) So cute!!

Oh no!! That really stinks! I've never shopped from them before. Do they ship to Canada?

Update: I went ahead and made the purchase from Collectabead on ebay. I will let you guys know when I receive it in the mail and post some photos. I really hope it's Authentic.

I bought the Happy Crab charm. Do any of you ladies own that one? I would love to see some photos :smile1:

I'M agree i like some of the paves but now i saw so many that i just dont want one anymore, i think too much it's too much, i like the two-tone too, i hope that the collection of autumn will be a little bit different

Ya I know I have seen them too. And there is another one as well with Chamilia beads, I just can not remember the name. Collectacharm or something like that. But with the volume they sell I am sure they have more than one person handling things and maybe they are just affliates. Anyways. I am going to stop defending them lol I hope your charm will be ok, like I said mine were authenticated. And that is my last word on the topic lol but do let us all know what happens :)
