I honestly don't know if everything is fake. The Beveled clips I ordered seem very authentic looking and I never would have thought twice about them (except one is VERY difficult to open and close, unlike my store-bought clips) but my anchor charm just seemed so off that I had to investigate.

I'm very annoyed at incurring the cost of postage for the return as I live in Canada but it was a lesson learned, that's for sure.

Well after much deliberating and comparing beads of ladies on my office who bought from JF I'm very confused!! Some do look legit they are pretty much same as the ones i have which i know are real and some that are either very worn used or maybe fakes but then some of the ladies have not cleaned their charms for ages!!! looks tarnished so this might be a genuine reason why they may appear fake to me or it could be because its not silver! So confused. One of the girls is going to take hers to a Pandora store to verify. Theres a murano my work mate has I think hers is fake there's something about the silver core that has the pandora writing that's slightly different from mine.

Were the ladies in questions concerned? I just wonder if they have been selling second hand or returned Pandora which is why the markings look so worn. It would be very bad of them to sell fake Pandora on their website when they also sell a number of other brands.

All the people who have bought from Jewel First and Unforgettable Moments will be disappointed. Does Jewel First own Unforgettable Moments because all the charm from the latter site will be fake too. I imagine a lot of people will be wearing fakes thinking they are real - me included! I have only bought about 3 from there, but they all look so real.

I read I think it was mora dora website think its a kind of fan site and I think she wrote that jewel first owns unforgettable moments which makes sense as when you go on both the website they seem to have the same stuff and the same price

ive never heard the ladies question there charms well right up until I give them the spanish inquisition this afternoon???. im wondering wether JF are selling used or seconds that stores can't sell on because the stamps are too worn, but then where are they buying them from?? they cant have had so much old stock for this long. is there a seconds market or slightly damaged goods we don't know of and thats where they getting hold of these stocks. The mind boggles??

But then someone said that Unforgettable Moments was an authorised seller but wasn't with Pandora anymore therefore selling off their old stock. My friend had phoned them last year and they said that they were selling off old stock. That means if Unforgettable Moments sell genuine Pandora, so must Jewel First.....but then again some charms were called out as fake.

think it may have been pandora addict website that quoted that unforgettable moments is part of jewel first.

It certainly does! I mean, has anyone asked JF out right where they are getting their stock from as they aren't authorised Pandora sellers. This is a reasonable question right?

maybe they have been selling genuine pandora and lot of unscrupulous people have returned a fake charm to obtain a genuine one if you know what I mean and they not noticed put back in their stock and re sell hence people are reporting fake and genuine charms. just a thought maybe

Despite my awful experience, I could not say that I believe that all charms sold by Jewel First are fake. Maybe some people have had great experiences. Maybe I'm unlucky.

All I can say for sure is that there is definitely something wrong with the charm they sent me. For this reason, I will not take a chance by ordering from them again. I will only be purchasing from my local concept store and authorized sellers listed on the Pandora website.

Gorgeous bracelet, I bet you are so happy with it.

I think they do sell genuine Pandora but am a bit suspect that they aren't knew either. My friend bought a two tone bracelet and the clasp wasn't closing properly. Do you think they sell second hand or returned charms that look worn?
I just took all the stuff I bought from JF to my local jeweller who sells Pandora. He checked them all out and compared the JF anchor charm with those in his shop. He believes they are all authentic but he thought the anchor charm may have been used because of wear on the side where the ALE and 925 is. The only one that he had never seen before was the "Peace" Chinese symbol charm but he felt the engraving was authentic.

I am pretty relieved but I think I will always have a little niggling doubt about them, which is unfortunate. I think I will be going back to buying my charms in an authorised store. (Unless you ladies let us know about Republic of Jewel down and dirty gold charm sales!)

I also checked about the two tone bracelet promo and he said it was on at the same time as the other one from March 20-22.

I don't think jewel first own unforgettable moments. It would be strange for them to have been authorised and jewel first not. And none of the contact details match.
Jewel first own "me me me accessories" though.

You know, that makes a lot of sense. Some smarmy person has switched real with fake and then just returned the charm. I have heard of that thing happening with Coach purses: the buyer contacts the seller and accuses them of selling them a fake and ask to return it but the one returned isn't the one originally sent. And of course sellers, who don't want the headache of dealing with eBay just suck it up as a disagreeable side effect of selling online. However, that does beg the question of whether returns are examined by JF.
