Blimey this all sounds a bit dodgy!! Good bit of investigative work. They have certainly conned a lot of people. I thought it was a shop address too.I just Googled the address on the JF website. It is a residential row house that has a sign in the window for an accountant! When they listed the address I presumed it was an actual store. Now it looks like it may be someone who has a conduit to charms, whether genuine or not.
Now I am glad that it took so long for my charms to arrive. Thank goodness the wrong country was on the original package. I am still within the time for refund. I got another last week and am still waiting for my final purchase that was shipped on Feb 5 so I won't get it for another week.
I'm off to take my purchases to an authorized dealer.
