UPDATE: I received an email reply from Jewel First stating that all of their Pandora is 100% authentic, but that they will happily return it for me. I have a Pandora box to send it back in, have already filled out the return form, and will be mailing it out this evening. It's unfortunate that it will be at my expense but it's a small price to pay compared to the money I spent on these charms. I'll let you guys know once my credit card is actually refunded.

Another company previously mentioned on this forum that sold genuine Pandora for less was Unforgettable Moments. Their website is almost identical to the JF website and they also sell the identical charms for the same price. However, when I googled that address an actual storefront jewelry store called Moments came up. They sell other stuff beside Pandora. Both are in Durham UK.

At least they are being good about the return. :)

Unforgettable moments are ok, they were an authorised stockist, and are selling off old stock as they don't stock pandora anymore. Jewel first never had a shop, like you say, their address is residential.

Im starting my Pandora Story bracelet for 2014, for my recent purchase ; View attachment 2496474

Family , Purse , Amethyst

Gorgeous bracelet, I bet you are so happy with it.

I think everything is genuine I'm just not convinced it's new.

I think they do sell genuine Pandora but am a bit suspect that they aren't knew either. My friend bought a two tone bracelet and the clasp wasn't closing properly. Do you think they sell second hand or returned charms that look worn?

It's amazing how they dare to sell fakes and claim they are real. I honestly thought they were real! It's good that they have been found out though. I have bought from there in the past but to be honest, I can't remember which ones! They actually do look real. Did the sales lady in the shop tell you it was a fake and show you the real one to compare, or what were the tell tale marks?

Hi, I am going to call them tomorrow and tell them I may return their merchandise. When I read the return policy it states that items can be returned within 7 days after despatch. Not sure if that is 7 days after their mailing date or within 7 days of receipt. My first order took nearly 3 weeks to get here, plus it was mailed on January 6th.

Tomorrow I am taking them all into one of my retailers (the one with the least snotty attitude) and ask about authenticity. So if they are genuine no worries but if they are not , then their return policy means diddly squat if they are selling fakes.
I would imagine it's 7 days from receiving it.

I so hope you can get your money back. I always thought jewel first was once a authorised pandora dealer but had lost there contract and so was only selling whatever they had left. So hence pandora say they are unauthorised But now it seems not the case. I wonder if any other ladies on this thread have bought from them and have charms to compare.
I have actually bought the house and small flower bouquet from there the other day but will definitely return it if they look unreal or used. I always thought they were real but just sold old stock. I already have the flower bouquet charm so will compare mine with the one that comes from Jewel First. I got it for my friend who is getting married in July, but there's no way I am going to give her a dodgy fake charm. I will feedback when it comes. My king crown only has the silver marking on (925 ALE) and no gold marking on. I suspect it's fake after all this time.

This is the only charm I have ever purchased online. All of my other charms (as well as my bracelet) were purchased at my local Pandora store.

As soon as I saw this charm I was very weary of it. It felt lighter than my other charms, but it was also my first two-tone so I thought perhaps I was being paranoid. Then I noticed how faint the 925 ALE mark was and all kind of alarms began tomgo off. I have 6 other charms, ALL of which have an incredibly well defined marking on them.

I took the charm to Pandora today, and it is indeed fake. I honestly would never have brought it in if the engraving hadn't been so terribed, and if the core of the charm hadn't looked so uneven and discoloured.
All the people who have bought from Jewel First and Unforgettable Moments will be disappointed. Does Jewel First own Unforgettable Moments because all the charm from the latter site will be fake too. I imagine a lot of people will be wearing fakes thinking they are real - me included! I have only bought about 3 from there, but they all look so real.

I though so, too. The only reason I even ordered from Jewel First was because of what I read in this forum. Pandora Addict has a warning on their website that Jewel First has sent fakes to their customers. Unfortunately I did not see that until today.
Ah I've never read this either and if I had known there would be no way I would buy them.
