I agree. Why pay about the same for a CZ charm when you can get a gemstone for about the same? Don't get me wrong, I have lots of 'em like oval lights, in blue, lime green, champagne and black but they are about the same price as the kiss spacers, which I have in citrine, blue topaz and amethyst. I have a couple of pave's like winter wisp and light as a feather but they aren't gaudy like some others (IMHO).

Is there anyone on this forum who has been collecting for more than 10 years? I keep all the little catalogues and have them back as far as 2008. Since Pandora has been around since '79/80 I would love to see some of the really old charms.

There is a website called the WAYBACK machine that allows you to enter websites for retailers. I have found Coach collections as far back as 1997 but not Pandora. Some other weird adult web site comes up in 1997 so I have no idea when they went online. Plus there is Pandora.com, an internet music site to complicate it further.

I have been buying retired charms recently like the moonstone triangle and carnelian triplet, they are so classy and timeless. Has anyone got the peridot, gold, diamond charm 790381D? I love that charm. It is gorgeous.

There's a list of the very first charms on charms addict blog I think. From memory, some of the first were kings crown, strawberry, house, peridot eye and faith hope and love. :)

I'm not sure, I haven't np heard much about me me me. They're not authorised to sell pandora anymore though. Jewel first own them now, so I personally would avoid.
I used to buy from Mememe all the time ages ago when they sold them. They then put a message out to say they had some sort of problem with Pandora and wouldn't be selling their charms.

Super choice. Here is mine. My friend got me it for summer last year. We work in a school and we exchange summer break presents! The photo of my bracelet is old but you can make out the beehive charm just.
Beautiful bracelet! You sure managed to get a lot of charms on yours, what size is it? I love the tangled beauty charm as well. I have the bee and the hive charms, very cute and now both retired, I think.

Hello, girls, I am living in Montréal too. So happy to meet you here. I just start to collect Pandora last September . I do not know if you have the last Mother's Day limited edition- the bear with gold heart, I Bought it at carrefour Angrignon two weeks ago.
Oh so nice! I have a the mothers day bear and I wear it all alone, its soo cute. I have bought from that store I think its called Monaco jewelers but I got my bear from the Peel mall perrywinkle Pandora store. I bought my rose charm at Angrignon. And there is another one, I forget the name, but it is owned by Monaco and I think I bought my tulip there and an aqua murano as a gift for someone. They have a lot of retired charms at Monaco I was very surprised to see all the candy stripe colors, but I find the lady is not the greatest. She seems irritated when you ask to see stuff, not like at the Pandora store.

Can you tell me what month and what stone is your birthday bloom? It looks like such a deep red I'm not sure which one it is.

Your bracelet is beautiful I love it! I love the pink looking glass, I have 2 myself.

I believe that although pandora was started late 70s, their charm bracelet didn't come out until 2000.

I like how the pink brings out the two toned charms in your bracelet. Your bracelet is a good example of how I would like pandora to continue, elegant but fun.

Hi ladies need some advice. Do the bracelets stretch? I got the new essence with one charm. Bracelet size 16cm. I do have small hand wrist. Its quite fitted. I only plan on wearing two beads.

Not really, no. They do relax after time, so that can make them feel slightly bigger. Essence won't change any, if its tight now I'd size up.
