Before I begin I want to say that I am completely smitten and sold on Rebecca Minkoff bags. To date I currently own two, one of which I just purchased yesterday. My question today is pertaining to my new MAM in Denim. Where overall the bag is beautifully crafted, I have to admit that I am a bit disappointed that (1) the cross-body (and/or) shoulder strap does not have an adjustment option (not all gals are built alike); and (2) the leather on the strap is not one single piece, but two pieces sewn together with the seam being right over top of the shoulder, which I fear may eventually come apart with wear and tear. Can you please shed some light on why the straps are not crafted as one long piece (unlike the more expensive designer bags) and whether or not Rebecca Minkoff will stand by this design should the strap ultimately give in that one area. At the end of the day we women should be allowed to stuff our bags without worry. Thanks!

Hi FrenchBulldog,

I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed in the design of our MAB mini strap. Offering an adjustable strap is something that we are working on and hope to offer in the future.

If you have any issues at all with the construction of the strap as you wear your bag please do not hestitate to let us know. We have not had any issues with the strap design yet, so I am confident that you will have no worries!

Hi RM, I just want to suggest please don't put studs on straps where it comes into contact with hair and pulls it out. I have two RM bags like that and they both do it. I even cut three inches off my hair hoping that would help and the studs still catch my hair and yank it out. Keep straps simple. Thank you.

question! what color is stripe is the diamond tote in the Minkette Travels to Aruba Part 2 picture?! i want to get it on the sale but cant tell if thats the red or pink! THANKS!!!
