Hi RM team,
I am not sure if it is good to post here, I am a Canadian RM fan and did an online purchase few weeks ago. I am super happy with my first RM bag.
The only problem is my order should be shipped by UPS express saver according to the order information, but it was actually shipped by UPS standard which caused UPS charged me about $70 brokerage fee. (UPS provides FREE brokerage fee for express/express saver).
I tried to email and call RM few times, but no one responsed. I am wondering if any RM agent could contact me to figure it out.

Hi girls!

We are putting up some made in NY styles for the sale and I thought it would be helpful to give you all some descriptions!

The Nolita in black has a super soft, pebbly leather that is super smooshy! I think that you will all really love this leather!

The deep purple is more of a smooth leather with a little bit of pebbling. It is more of a muted purple, so it is not too bright and more versatile I think for everyday use.

Navy is a gorgeous navy tone with slight pebbling and a slight shine. It is super smooth and it doesn't have too many variations like the purple and black.

We also just put up a deep green MAB mini which is very similiar to evergreen. It is smooth with a slight shine to it.

There is also a market tote and some new boyfriends.

How about Lovespell Tri-zip satchel? Or maybe.......mini mac's or maybe.....full sized MABs, on the off chance no one has asked for those to be added to the sale in the last 20 minutes!?! :-)

Just wondering if you could fill us in on what's going on with the site! We keep seeing/hearing that there's going to be a Mattie uploaded amongst other things and we're all anxiously awaiting....but not much seems to be happening! Your loyal Minkettes would love an update!! Thank you. :heart:

Good afternoon, all. I'm new to this forum and just started browsing today. I've fallen head over heels already for MAB. My question is has this bag been mostly replaced by the mini, as I only saw the larger size on the RM website? I love both sizes, but think the larger of the two would suit me better.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for listening to your loyal fans and bringing back so many beloved styles (mattie, market tote, rendevous, etc)!!!!!! you guys are amazing and it's very nice and refreshing to see direct feedback from the team and know that our suggestions are seen and heard. :D this is why i'm forever a minkette and hoard RM's (literally spilling out of my closet as we speak) and am not afraid to admit it!!!! :rochard:
