Hi Girls!

I wanted to address some quality control issues with our Cupid style that I know a few of you have had concerns about.

We are aware that the lining and the hardware on this style has had a few issues and our design and production team have been working on revising how the cupid is structured to prevent these issues from happening in the future.

The effortless style and functionality of the cupid are what make it one of our favorites, and we know that it is one of your favorites too! We would love to keep this style around for seasons to come and plan on ironing any issues out now to keep it around!

RM Team,

I am loving the perforated weave MAC that Jennifer Lawrence has been wearing, and in the pics it looks like it has silver hardware. Then I noticed that Bloomingdales has this MAC online and it has gold hardware - did the hardware change before it made it to production? I was hoping for silver....thank you!

Hi RM Team, just wanted to let you know you can stop digging. Months after I stopped soothing myself by purchasing 4 more RMs to compensate, that exact bag was relisted - too big for the original buyer. I jumped in so fast I made her head spin, but that Purple Snake Nikki is mine. Not sure if it's embossed leather or microfiber, but the bag is gorgeous. Everytime I carry her I get compliments from strangers, carrying their own lovely bags. It is a real head turner. But never one to let grass grow under my feet, I'm now looking for a few more purple bags..

I saw a MAC in Amethyst, the color is a perfect purple. Will this color make it's way into any other RM Styles? I am a big bag girl. Full size in Nikki, MAB and Mattie. There's no way I could carry a Mac....unless it was inside my bigger bag. :laugh:

Hi RM team! On the RM website, there are a couple of pictures with a model wearing a pair of black wedges that I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO OWN! However, I haven't seen them available anywhere. Can you tell me the name of the style, as well as any information on when they will be available for purchase? They are black leather, have an ankle strap, and have an opening/cut-out on the top of the foot. The model that is wearing the Wes Motorcyle Jacket and the Nicolas Cigarette pant, is wearing the wedges in question. Please give any info on these hotttttt shoes! :)

Hi team! I'm loving some of the colors of the mini 5-Zip that I'm seeing on sites like Endless and Zappos (teal, pale gray, etc) with the silver hw. But, will they be available in full size 5 zip? The mini is just to small. Thanks!

As far as Amethyst goes, we only made that in a MAC, but I will definitely let the deisgn team know that this is a favorite shade!

Unfortunately we did not end up putting that style into production so they are not available. :sad:

Hi Sandc,

Hi girls!

I wanted to let everyone know that we are ready to produce the basketweave MAB and MAB Mini Special orders that we have been working on for so long!
