Hi girls! I want to start off by saying Happy Holidays and I apologize for getting a little behind on some of your questions.

As I'm sure some of you know, we experienced some glitches with both our financial processing system and our warehouse this past online sale. We wanted to assure you all that we have corrected all issues with our financial system and we have had our warehouse double, and triple check our inventory for our upcoming after Christmas online sale!

If anyone has any questions at all about being charged incorrectly for black friday orders or about any other issues please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer care team. Please also feel free to reach out to us with any questions about products, leathers, colors etc. during the online sale.

I will be out of the office for the holidays until Tuesday the 27th, but wanted to let you all know that you can reach our team by phone at 212.677.7829 or you can email Herland at [email protected].

For your reference here are our holiday hours and times:
Monday 12/6 - 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST

RM Team: I just discovered your bags yesterday in Nordstrom and loved them. I was chatting with the SA and she mentioned that some of the bags came in an orange color, but she didn't have any available. I haven't seen any on the website either- are there going to be any new orange bags coming out soon?

Hello, I am a new RM fan! I spotted the Laser-etched Flat Cheetah Clutch while searching Google. Is it available anywhere? It says it is sold out everywhere, but I am in dire need of it. Thank you.

We have some great bright orange bags for our Spring collection. Are you interested in a specific style? It looks like we have it available in the MAB mini, MAC, Swing, and Mini MAC!

Hi Shibby_baby215,

It sounds like you are looking for the Navajo big flat clutch from our Spring 2011 collection. Unfortunately we are sold out of that style at this time.

Bloomingdales and amazon.com did order this style when it first came out, so there is a slight chance that they may still have one available!

Hi luckiestliz,

Unfortunately we do not offer this type of service at this time.

I would recommend bringing your bag to a leather care professional, who may be able to replace your lining with a cotton lining replacement.

I actually spoke to her this morning and I'm sure she will update everyone about the SO. We are close, but still waiting for some materials before we can go into production and collect your down payments!

One quick question: When do you think will the materials be complete? Some of us our saving up on this SO so we'd like to get an idea on more or less when we need to be ready with the down payments.
