Well, I did it again. I bought a super sticky bag! I needed a somewhat larger bag. My husband always remarks that I need a big bag for the mall. Lol

It says "smell of material" so I'm hoping that doesn't translate to "musty".

I got a replacement strap for my petit noe. The original strap was starting to crack around the loop part so I decided to buy a replacement. I figured if I ever decided to sell, it would sell better with an intact strap rather than a broken one.
This was bought off eBay. It's British tan I think? I think it matches the patina on the vachetta pretty well.

I need to polish my brass [emoji23]

The bag actually smells better after 24 hours in the cedar chest. It still smells musty though.

I'm so glad I stumbled on your post, missy_g! :yahoo:

I've wanted a bucket (PM or GM) for some time, but find the lining on most of the pre-loved ones are in rough shape (sticky, peeling), making them unusable. Have you or anyone else ever had your bucket lining replaced by LV? Would love to hear about your experience, how much it ran you, whether you'd recommend, etc.

Thanks :)

I am considering buy this Louis Vuitton Montaigne MM bag.
The owner had the lock cover heatstamp. Do they replace these i have no clue.
I love the bag but wondering on cost etc.

I called they said have to bring I am an estimate. I'm going t buy it. Any estimates?

Yes, you will have to bring it in to get an estimate. I don't know why they can't just tell you the replacement cost. Try checking the "key clochette" club or threads, I think some of them discussed how much it cost to purchase it. it's probably around 80-100 usd?
