Hi Everyone,

I am really interested in purchasing a Marly Dragonne Clutch, cosmetic bag. The pockets are peeling a bit, and I have been researching for hours trying to find a possible fix.

has someone discussed a possible solution for this? any advice is welcome :smile1:
Thanks!

Scraping with kitchen sponge (sharp side) and then thoroughly use a vacuum cleaner.

A mini update on my petit noe...
The musty smell is STILL there however, it seems like each thing I do makes it better and better. For a recap, after all the cleaning and allowing it to air out, stay in the cold etc., I have tied in a plastic bag with coffee, baking soda, and now a room deodorizer thing. I did leave it sit in my cedar chest for about a week. The smell isn't totally gone but it is definitely better. Now it's to the point where I could handle carrying it, however, it totally offends my husband. I find the musty smell almost pleasant because it reminds me of his grandparents cottage on a lake in upstate NY. Anyway I think I'll see what kind of deodorizer I can find in the car section or something. We're slowly getting there!

Got this beauty preloved on eBay for super cheap. Cosmetic pouch GM, old style. The outside really isn't bad. And the inside isn't near as bad as some I've seen, but the zipper is in awful shape. Hoping I can chip some of that liner out of the zipper teeth (it will not easily zip at all) and perhaps clean the inside stickiness with some goo gone and use some vinyl repair to save it. I was cleaning my Azur NF that I have for 4 years and the lining is stained with pen marks and pencil marks. I had tried using eraser but have no luck. So I decided I might just use detergent. I used tide to go pen and also tide detergent. At first I used a toothbrush, but didn't see much process, so I started to use a blue sponge and scrub it very hard. Most of the stain marks had faded but the pen marks won't go away. After that I used water to wipe it down. And then blow dry it with hairdryer.

Also be careful with the vachetta leather part, I didn't think of it and my handles were semi wet but after it dried it wasn't visible. I just got lucky...

Looks good, let us know how it turns out after the Magic Eraser

Quick update on my second time cleaning it.
This time I used the magic eraser and hoping that it would lighten up the stain marks, but I didn't see any result. So I used tide detergent and little bit of Clorox and scrubbed with a sponge. Luckily the bleach didn't ruin the bag. Afterward I just wipe it off with warm water and dried it with hairdryer. I can say I'm pretty brave for using Clorox and nothing happened. The bag looks cleaner and cleaner. I think I'm pretty happy with the result and can't wait to use it in the summer.
