I am sorry to hear that. It’s beyond what I can imagine losing a home.Hi jadies, I'm just popping in to say hello. I haven't posted much lately and you'll probably see me even less for the next couple of years. I think I am done with jade collecting for awhile. My home was destroyed in the Lahaina fires 3 weeks ago, along with all but two pieces of my jade. I was wearing the pendant and the bracelet below when we evacuated and never thought that would be the last time I'd be in my home. Please have a disaster plan at the ready: both for evacuation and shelter-in-place. I'd also suggest reviewing whatever insurance policies you have and how you keep track of and store your jewelry.

Oh no JK! This breaks my heart that you’ve lost you’re home. The main thing is that you are safe. I remember you getting your black bat bracelet, and it will always be a reminder of our past collecting days. Hi all, here is my new bangle, made of nephrite jade from Quebec, Canada. Love the blue-green color and translucent to milky appearance with the specks of black. I think it pairs well with the rest of my stack!

Hello jade friends! I believe I finally found a princess bangle of the quality I desire and at a good size! 47 mm, and 8.0 thickness! I would prefer a chubbier princess bangle, but I don’t mind this one at all! I have already purchased it, and I can’t wait for it to arrive!

Sharing another piece that I adore. Matched a pair of earrings that I already had. First pic in the sun and the other 2 in shaded indoors lighting. The jadeite looks different depending on lighting condition.
