It looks beautiful. And more beautiful that it was worn by a loved one. Here’s mine. Passed down from my husband’s grandmother. View attachment 5847595
Great finds! How is the fit? I'm drawn to princess styles too at the moment![]()
Yes, we've been in such a predicament before, LOL! During the pandemic too! I had a choice to go in April 2021 to the shop I bought the bangle from when I noticed my weight going up but I decided not to do so since I hadn't been vaccinated yet. Then full-on lockdown happened again. My hubby and I tried to remove the bangle to no avail during this time. I was finally able to go to the shop in September 2021 after being fully vaccinated. Amazingly, my weight stayed the same over those months. The shopkeeper took half a minute to remove it with a plastic bag. He pulled in one direction while telling me to move away from him in the opposite direction. My hand hurt for a few minutes after the removal, LOL!Thank you. Some other angles here.

Unfortunately I can’t remove it from my hand to show the entirety for now ha! I’ll be going to a jade shop to ask for help. This is oval 53.5. I have few other 53.5 oval too that are easy to wear/remove. But this fellow I can’t remove it due to its shorter part of the oval. I called a random store and he assures me can be removed. He was so kind to offer to help me, just pop by his shop when I need to.
Wonder if anyone encountered such?
I fainted! Okay, I’m back! This bracelet is stunning! The color!
I might transform the bangle into a hinged bangle or just leave it as it is to pass it on… will see!Yes, we've been in such a predicament before, LOL! During the pandemic too! Where in the world did you get the rose carved jade bangles??? They’re so beautiful!Stunning collection of bangles ladies! I wear mine most days of the week and I switch them depending on my mood. If I want down time, I wear my oil jade, feeling more upbeat - my brighter jade is worn. As you can tell I love my greens.

Oh no. I’m so sorry!Hi jadies, I'm just popping in to say hello. I haven't posted much lately and you'll probably see me even less for the next couple of years. I think I am done with jade collecting for awhile. My home was destroyed in the Lahaina fires 3 weeks ago, along with all but two pieces of my jade. I was wearing the pendant and the bracelet below when we evacuated and never thought that would be the last time I'd be in my home. Please have a disaster plan at the ready: both for evacuation and shelter-in-place. I'd also suggest reviewing whatever insurance policies you have and how you keep track of and store your jewelry.
