Claire, those are gorgeous oil green and blue pieces, and I love the shades in the dark bangle and pixiu! Endless depths that combination of translucence and deep color! Big Blue is gorgeous and I love the stark contrast of your perfectly manicured classy elegant nails and your daughter's outfit! :p

I think Claire means the beads could be connected like this - although these do not have a length of chain between the beads, the connector wire is looped on either end and could be linked to a chain.
(This on the way from jade peony - a belated V-day gift, as I could not decide what I wanted. Then jadepeony took about a week to actually ship it. Will post other pics when it arrives)

I'd say go for the first one! With its fine texture and translucence, you will probably never tire of looking at it. If this first bangle is not a 24/7 one, then add bolder patterns and colors later, like the 4th one!

I'm wearing my latest B.C nephrite bangle, Zelena! She's a lighter green and less blue than Sabrina. I'll post a comparison shot of the 2 later, along with their older sister Kiri.
