Finally wearing a bangle again - although it looks really bad, it doesn't feel as bad. Hit my inner forearm the railing post on my way down the slick front steps. Thanks for the sympathy, Claire and Molly! 😚 I can't tell you how much I missed having a bangle on my wrist these past few days!

Hi Connie! Could you give us more info on this bangle? At first glance, I am suspicious that it's treated and dyed. (Especially because of what looks like a network of dye lines.) There are natural jades with this color and translucence, but they are hundreds of thousands of dollars. If it's treated, it's fine if you don't mind treatment. So long as the seller is honest and charges a fair price.

I appreciate your advice. Thanks, Clairejune!

Crosso, ouch!! How painful that fall must have been! Had you been wearing a bangle in that spot, it might have cracked!

Fluffy pants, the bangle you chose Is just beautiful for you. How interesting about the size thing! It does look like a very precise fit!

New Chanel, since the pendant had a twin, were they originally earrings? Sorry about losing it! Though, it looks lovely and complete as is. Very fresh and versatile.

Hi Clairejune

Yes, the jade and diamond flower part is detachable and can attach itself to this earring. After I lost the twin (stolen actually.. story in Pearl thread) I got myself a pair of pearls instead.. :( I really love it so I'm glad I still have one.

Newchanel, how infuriating that it was stolen ! But, you've made the best of it by getting pearls and having one as a pendant now. I agree, it's totally lovable! And the pearls look meant to be.

I had no idea there's a pearl thread here! I LOVE pearls with a passion, so I'll be checking that out for sure!

Hi ladies, lots of gorgeous pieces in this thread. I am looking for my FIRST bangle. Looking for a classic, everyday piece, hopefully not exceeding $1K. Maybe you can help me pick from the ff

1. First one- I love the transparency but has anyone heard of this seller? lixiaohong668

2. Second one- this is the type of jade I've seen most often - usually gifts from a mother-in-law to a daughter in law:

3. Third one; not sure if I'm liking the dark green patch
