I'm not really a purse person either, but my BFF from childhood spoils me once in awhile. I tend to use the same one day to day as I'm too lazy to change. But I'll temporarily use different ones for special occasions. I'll post a shot soon.
TY, Claire! It's so hard isn't it? I had told myself NO MORE! But I can't help looking and when I saw that pretty little one at such a good price, I could not resist! I hate to stop looking, but may have to just start admiring the ones you all post rather than actively looking on my own. I only have two arms after all! I think part of my problem is knowing how the price of jade has increased over the past several years, I feel this urgency to buy it NOW, before it goes up even more. And then I think about all these articles that discuss the increasing scarcity of jadeite and increasing demand and wonder if they are not just meant to whip up the market so to speak. Time will tell, I suppose. But meanwhile, I have to keep myself in check!
Good News I just ordered my jade bangle. It was a cheapy one but for starting off and testing the size I can hardly go wrong. Also, it is shipping from China and I'm right here in Taiwan so hopefully I won't have to wait the two to three weeks for it arrive
Your cheapy bangle may turn out to be your favorite! That happened to me. For some reason the ones I spent less are are the ones I wear the most, and when you wear them all the time they do get shinier with the oils in your skin and being under water lots.

If it helps you any, everything has "it's time". I realized that with stamps, beanie babies, Mcfarlane toys, Bakelite jewelery, ect.. so try to buy only what you love.
All the bangles you have bought are gorgeous so you've done very well but never feel rushed because of the "in case" feeling.

I am really excited rest assure. I will do my best to do model pictures when it arrives, that if I can even get it on. Maybe if I'm lucky I'll get it by Friday. I only receive my mail Monday through Friday sadly.

as I am about to say this. Recently I went out with a Taiwanese friend for some shopping. I was planning on investing into a new lens at some point but I didn't expect to just casually spend 1400$ USD that day. So I bought a 1300 camera lens it's awesome and really good at taking pictures but I also needed to buy a camera bag. When I tell you I looked at over 50 bags and this one was the best price for the best well-made bag, I'm not joking. The only down side, is it Hell Kitty branded, but then again... Who doesn't like an adorable cat face?
Speaking of SC, I LOVE this bangle and it reminds me of the beauties some of our jade sisters have recently acquired and also JKP's Iroh and Big Jade! But what a relief that it's not my size!
