I love the jade. It feels very old and soulful. But it's strange, the power of the circle is so great that when it's whole again, I'm sure I'll love it more. Something major is missing without the power of the circle.
GS, that's an interesting pendant design. Is each half meant to be worn by a couple, or is it meant to be worn like that? That's pretty much the design of Arwen with the split between dragon and Phoenix.

ohhh, it's beautiful! i guess the other ends where it was cut at an angle were for the hinge placement where the lock will be located. it will be interesting to know what your jeweler will say. thanks for the recommendations. i won't be very mobile and might just have to stay downtown or wherever is BART accessible.
