Oh I didn't know they already got some stock in last week! I am really hoping to get my hands on the black Gabrielle this coming collection. I saw it in March but wasn't sure about it and couldn't find it again every since

The stores I have contact with are Venice, Berlin and Munich but Venice has mostly the seasonal style I guess also due to the tourists. It's such a shame we don't have any Chanel boutique in Denmark so I can only shop when I travel, and it is quite hard to plan around their launch date......

I agree with you the light purple is as pretty as it is but maybe not as versatile and practical as other neutral colors. I would also exchange for a neutral color as Gabrielle is supposed to be care free and easy to pair in my opinion.

If you happen to see the small black Gabrielle in store, please let me know!

Will definitely do! I was told that the black Gabrielle has been out of stock the past weeks since it's selling like hot cakes now. So just be patient a bit - I will definitely let you know (I am working with the store manager directly so less conflicting information as she orders herself)!

I would suggest around this time going to your Chanel store and inquire. I know there are a few Gabrielle coming in this season.

I also tried new extra-large size and found it too big as well. I am considering for the next Gabrielle bag (in white) if I should pick medium or large. It would be nice if you could share your experience, since you have both sizes and let us know what your opinion is.

I think the medium is a good all-around size. Large enough so the interior is easy to access, holds a reasonable amount, and it won't get as heavy as a full large size. Probably proportionate on most body types. If you are thinking about a lighter color, I would definitely consider the medium or smaller sizes. White might look like a billboard in a larger size

Indeed, so far I had no issues with my medium, it is large enough and not heavy at all. And you are correct when saying that the white one would look big, hence the white one will also be in a medium size

I actually like it! I guess it's because I love burgundy and grey (so silver counts too).

I bought my Gabrielle Medium in black last Thursday as it was the first day of the new collection in my city. I am happy to have found a secure and easy to carry bag. I love it! I went back to the store yesterday and got another Gabrielle, the same bag I bought Thursday though this time in Large to take to work. I really love the functionality of these bags.

Yesterday while at the store, the SA brought out an extra-large Gabrielle. I told the SA that this extra-large size was not on the website. She said it was a new size. I tried it on and it was enormous.... I figured if full I would not be able to physically carry it. I am 5'4. Anyways, I settled for the Large and I am really happy I did.

I can see why!! I tried both on and j am 5'5" and I took home the large!!! I LOVE the size. My SA thought I would like medium but love the large in black and it is completely sold out at boutique but NM has a few left!
