Is that the medium...... I'm conflicted....small or medium.....argh!!! LOL
Does the bottom have the seam on the front or on the side?
Just purchased the Chanel Gabrielle in small pink tweed and love love love it! I love this color combo and find it less fragile than the cream tweed which I would be afraid of getting dirty. I was carrying my CF in M/L when I was shopping for this bag and found the base of the small Gabrielle to be wider than my CF so def happy about that!
Some personal tips if you're debating btw small and medium size because I tried both on in the store-
MEDIUM
PROS: The medium bag is such a bargain if you're looking for a functional Chanel bag. It fits a lot (again for a Chanel bag).
CONS: I do think it can look a bit big (for me at least, I'm 5'5"). The shape of the bag is more rectangular and tall making the soft leather portion appear more slouchier and wrinkly if you're not into that. The base of the bag is hard so it will jut off your body like the boy bag.
SMALL
PROS: Price. I find the space to be similar if not a little larger than rect mini. Bag is more square shape so top soft leather portion will appear less slouchy and wrinkly. Juts out less because of size. I think the square shape of the small size looks better when gabrielle is worn as backpack.
CONS: Small. Price- just pay a little more for a significantly larger bag.
What I considered when choosing my bag- I don't like the wrinkly and slouchy look and fear it will only get worse with time so I find the tweed to be more structured. The pink is like fuschia so it's dark enough that I'm not afraid of minor stains. I find the small really cute when worn as a backpack and find it better suits my frame. Though I would be lying if I said I am considering a dark colored medium leather Gabrielle in black or dark green now because I LOVE the Gabrielle! Dark coloring is more forgiving in terms of slouchiness imo.
Question- anyone know what the extra D ring on one side of the bag is for? Just curious!

I already have a black old medium boy... but love both sizes of Gabrielle and can't choose. I would love one in each size. LOL
My Gabrielle arrived today, so excited and can't wait to wear it.

Took well over a month but finally got my hands on a medium black / beige Gabrielle! I originally pre-ordered the white tweed / black small Gabrielle but when I tried it on felt that size was much too small for my frame (5'6). The medium is absolutely perfect and I agree is a bargain for the size, only $500 more than a mini!

Finally got an all black medium gabrielle for my birthday after months of scouring! Can't wait to use it [emoji7]

Hi! horse17, this one is the medium, I tend to carry lots of stuff with me so the medium works well for my frame, the large was a bit too large for everyday, and the small was beautiful but doesn't fit more than a phone, keys, lipbalm and a card case. Go check them out and if you get it please post pictures!
