This thread has really helped! Can't decide between the small black quilted one or the small black croc embossed one that was released earlier. I want something classic and a bit casual and the croc embossed one seems to be more of a "trendy" style, it's just so pretty though!
Has anyone seen the small Gabby in the croc embossed leather in stores recently? Not sure if that was a seasonal piece or if it's still available. I've seen a couple on pre-loved sites...

Anyone can help me with identifying the inner lining zipper of the Gabrielle hobo? I wasn’t sure which is is accurate. The vertical written “Chanel” or the CC interlock symbol towards the bottom of the zipper metal. There’s a good deal on one but my suspicion is that it’s a fake. I think this last piece of information will seal the deal!
Mine (in the 'large' size, aka the old medium) has "CHANEL" on one side, and the CC logo on the other.

I was wondering this too but mine does too! I think it’s striations in the leather (and it’s crinkled leather, although I thought the base was smooth). After I saw some pics some gabbys are more smooth and some more wrinkled at the base. Seeing both your pics puts me at ease!
