My favorite work bag hanging with me in the break room

Is this the medium size? I love that bag and soooo need it in my life

I do - it is such a big bag and I fill it up that I need the option of the shoulder strap. It's such a great and often over looked bag!

I agree about it being a great bag to have. I got mine last January (2014) and I usually leave the strap attached. I carried it during the Christmas season without the strap so it'd appear a little dressier. I work from home so I dont use it as a work bag. I often use the strap if I take it on a shopping trip. I like that it is so understated but still classy and special. Mine is black with gold hardware.

i love my cerf tote but feel weird that everyone can see all my stuff and just reach in with their hands and grab whatever they want

This is the bigger deerskin one that was out last year. I didn't realize there was any difference - I just liked it.
