Need some suggestions Ladies...
So I went to my LV store today and exchanged my Caissa Hobo RB. As much as I loved the bag, I just don't want to deal with any issues later on. I went in looking at the Turenne MM, Siena MM and Delightful MM DE. The Siena MM was alittle small, so the GM was a better size, more comparable to the Turenne MM in size.
I ended up getting the Delightful MM DE, but now I'm second guessing myself and am thinking I should have gotten the Siena GM.
This is my first LV bag. I eventually would like to get a Neverfull Mono MM and a Speedy 30 (possibly in Damier Azur). I want an everyday, just go bag. I don't work, so not looking for a formal/ dressy looking bag. But now I'm thinking that the Delightful is similar to the Neverfull in practicality.
If you were me, what would you do? Thank you so much for your suggestions! I need alittle help :smile1:

I think you made a great choice and the Delightful will be a very comfy everyday bag.

End of week four. Right side of handle fell off while at work. Couldn't find the tiny screw. So disappointed. I really loved this beautiful bag. I don't want a replacement. I will be returning for a different "old school" style. The newer styles just aren't up to par in my opinion. Maybe another speedy or NF. Looking into other brands as well[emoji53]

I own the Turenne MM, a Siena MM, a Speedy 30 mono, and a Neverfull PM mono. Since this is your first LV my best advice would be that first you have to decide if you want a structured bag or a slouchy/hobo style bag. The Turenne and Siena are very structured, holding their shape very well. My Turenne feels the most formal. My Speedy and Neverfull feel the most casual. Since I have a NF pm it holds its shape and is more structured than the NF MM. My Siena MM is the perfect go to bag for me when I don't want to be too flashy or look too fancy. I love how it is structured, but feels more casual and better for everyday use, in my opinion. I like that with the Siena I don't have to worry about the vachetta getting dirty or stained if I get caught in a rain shower. I always have to pack a small umbrella when I carry my monogram bags. Also I love the versatility of the Siena... It can be worn by hand, crook of the arm, over the shoulder AND cross body. The Turenne has the same versatility. Lastly, I love the zipper on the Siena for security. Hope this has helped and not confused you even more.

UGH, that really stinks! No issues yet, I've been hanging onto mine as well because I love it so much but this is so disappointing. My SA texted me on Mon and acknowledged they know of the issue with the handle/screws. She said I could bring it back but I don't wanna yet! Waaah!

I was really upset. I liked this bag so much. I hope you got one of the few out there with no problems. I was told the new ones coming out are "perfect". Why didn't they make them perfect originally?!

I would like to know that too!! I'm sorry you had problems with yours. It broke my heart to return it, but I'm glad I did.

Hope you find one you love

I'm so sorry to hear this ... Hopefully, a new bag will lift your spirits.

I called my LV and they sounded like they had never heard of this problem. They told me to bring it in and their repair person would look at it. Mine started getting loose a few weeks ago and I love the bag but I am having my doubts about fussing with the screws over and over again.

I am taking it in Sunday for them to look at it. What are the chances they will do something other then offer me a refund or a trade for a different bag? Do you think they will offer to get it fixed?

It's about an hour or so drive and I hate to do it if they are going to just sent me away with the bag and no solution.

That's funny because I was just at LV today and they have taken the Caisa Hobo off the site and from in the stores to correct the problems. They should give you your money back! I would actually call customer service. They are well aware of the issues. Don't back down they know the problems. I have a friend who purchased after I told her not to and my SA told me to let her know to bring it back. They should not send you away.
