I know this is almost 2 years later but mine has the same cracking, did they request a receipt when you went in? My ex gave it to me and I have no clue where it is.

Good news and bad news... I went to the LV store and they instantly said that it was a defect and that I could exchange it for a new bag! Bad news is they no longer make the Caissa Hobo
so I have to pick a different purse. I took the store credit until I decide which bag I want.

Hello, I have the cassia clutch in red. Beautiful but don't really wear it. Took it out this morning and the hardwear had tarnished (I know it's usual) but there are white spots on the glazing and my hands were red. Il looks fine when I look at it, so not melting yet. I live in Paris, France and we are in a lockdown until at list mid may. Should I call customer service or just wait for the stores to reopen ? Can they just reglaze it ? (I love it for sentimental reasons). Thanks !
