Wow really? Sorry to hear that. I haven’t experienced any issues whatsoever. mine is actually in mint condition. Would you mind Sharing pictures of the cracks? Take it to LV. If they determine your bag to be defective, they may give you a store credit if you’re the original buyer for LV. Not sure.

Good news and bad news... I went to the LV store and they instantly said that it was a defect and that I could exchange it for a new bag! Bad news is they no longer make the Caissa Hobo
so I have to pick a different purse. I took the store credit until I decide which bag I want. Any suggestions?
I'm sorry . Try to pick a bag with a leather trim if you choose canvas. Ex. Neverfull, Delightful , Noe, etc. I believe that the leather trim protects the canvas from cracking.Here are the pictures of the cracks...

I haven’t used my caissa in awhile. Now I’m scared to because I don’t want to find any cracks. Hopefully no one else has this problem...especially since it’s been discontinued.
Hope yours is ok! I definetly miss her... I loved all the special details on it.
I use mine as a daily carry and have for 18 months - it holds EVERYTHING - macbook, ipad, headphones, cosmetic bag, large wallet, key cles, everything fits - fantastic for travel- I love it - no damage and no issues - slight color transfer on glazing at the back - hardware is immacualte

I’m glad I’m seeing this here. I found one in great condition and am torn between it and the melie that is so hot right now but too big for my frame. I think I should get a damper since I already have the matching wallet. If you have more pics please share!

Hi! New here, about to take my 2 year old Caissa Hobo to LV. I love this bag but from the begining the microfiber piled and now it’s tearing. When I called customer service the lady advising me told me that she’s never heard of this happening. I find that hard to believe! I am not wearing this bag often and have been taking good care of it. I can send picture but has this happened to anyone. I’ve read here that they’re not making this bag anymore which is surprising since it’s a fairly new and popular style. Please help! I’m devasted and would hate to replace it I have matching wallet I’ve been so happy with. Thank in advance!
