I received a text back from my SA stating they were having quality issues with the bag and for me to please bring it in. They will be glad to exchange it for me while their quality department works on a resolution.
So they do know about it. It must be a problem with almost all of them, if not all. This was quick for the higher ups to know of a quality issue.
