Got a call from my SA tonight that the promo works on Boroughs through tomorrow. Might be just a matter of calling various stores?
^Oh great!! Hope that means I won't get any funny looks/questions when I go into the store tomorrow.
On this forum checking out pics of all of your beautiful Boroughs while I wait on mine to be delivered. Just wanted to share that I ordered mine from JAX last night over the phone. Was able to use my 25% off Facebook PCE. I see that some of you have not been as lucky. I would recommend trying again until you reach a SA who will accept it. On my first call, I started the conversation by asking if I could use a PCE toward a Borough purchase. I was put on hold, and when the SA returned, she replied that no the Borough was an exception. I called back and talked to a different person. Placed my order. The SA then asked if I would be using a PCE, gift card, etc. I provided my PCE code and voila, she confirmed the 25% discount! So obviously it is not anything in their system automatically rejecting the PCE.
I was still nervous that something could have gone wrong, but I now see the pre-hold on my credit card for the discounted amount. FYI, I ordered the Oxblood medium size Borough. Hope anyone trying to make this purchase with a PCE will eventually talk to the right SA. Good luck

I've never figured out the relationship between Macy's in-store and online. It's almost like they are not the same store! Discounts that work in store don't work online, etc. Sigh. I can never get the website to take discount codes for Coach at all, but in-store they give all kinds of discounts. Unless you get the wrong SA, of course. LOL! Thank you for posting the end date!
And at Macy's Herald Square, they would not honor the 25 percent off ONLY for the Boroughs and the Town Tote, which is what I am after. However, they were having 25 off plus another 20 if you have a Macy's card.

Me either! So frustrating!! It's not that I won't pay full price but I don't want to when others are successfully reciting discount. Just want consistency!
