I saw a white/mandarin mini on eBay that went for 120!

Seriously, just go over there and watch Borough every few days, you see all colors and sizes for 80- 500 bucks. The ones at 200 and under are the ones selling. I got one for $99.00, the Loganberry medium and a tan medium for $110.00. The Loganberry was in excellent condition, the tan pretty good but I was annoyed by lining tears I was not told about.

I think in 2015/16 there were just so many made they are out there in abundance.

I don't think it helps resale value that they are in the outlets now too so with massive discounts there the resale values are even lower I have bought 3 over her for £100 -£150 I wouldn't pay more esp as the ones in this sale seemed poor quality per the club thread? Have to say I prefer Brooklyn it's much sleeker with the leather lining boroughs seem to slouch and the corners seem to wear quickly

I sold my like new loganberry two months ago for 180.00 with no problem, have excellent feedback all my bags look unused so I expect to get least that much for the black turnlock and the warm grey.....IF I decide to do so and sell. LV is my first love for sure......then Balenciaga, Mulberry and now Longchamp le pliage.......I do LOVE the coach safffiano city bag that came out in 2013....I have 6 of them. ha. those aren't going anywhere. think that is one of the best totes coach ever did and competes will with Neverfull. I have three that are the large version with the slip pocket for laptop......the most amazing work bag
I bought a like new Loganberry for $99.00, and it had sat available for awhile. Of course, everything can change in a week on eBay. I see some prices inching up again on Boroughs.

I second what Leena.coach said about the Borough price and quality variation on eBay. I stalked for months and found an immaculate practically new tan glove-tanned one (the perfect neutral I had to have) that had be stored very well and forgotten about. I negotiated the price down to $225. It was used in a TV show and still had the original packing, tag and care card inside and still smells new. Yay!
My next hunt was not good. The eBayer posted "strategic" pictures to try and mask the degree of sagging for a Borough they claimed had only been carried less than a week. Apparently they must have overloaded it with bricks and barbells during that week. :-It's frustrating when you find the particular color you have been stalking and some sellers totally misrepresent stuff. Don't settle...be patient...some purse fanatic somewhere will eventually clean out their closet. :-)

ah....and I will say.....not taking close to a 100. so of I do list and don't get price I want, they remain in my collection. the hamiltons by mk, I don't feel the same as I do for the boroughs.....I think they are a great work bag, but not striking like the boroughs, so price doesn't matter to me as much if I sell those. Boroughs aren't common on the street and striking as can be.
Is your black Turnlock a mini or a medium?

You really do see a huge range of prices and quality levels on eBay. My Loganberry medium
Was $100.00 and in near perfect condition. The tan medium had tears in the lining and an odor when I got it that was not mentioned, but at least I got that for just $100.00 also. That, and it has fixed up really well.

I recently lost out on two in a row, a tan and a black grommet medium Boroughs because I did not pay attention at the close of bidding. They were either great deals or misrepresented, you never know for sure, really sure on eBay. I think it's worth it though- when I think my Loganberry retailed for $500.00 I know the risk is worth it if you are smart about it.

I will not buy known trash though. When I see "shoulder strap missing, has a make up odor, some scratches". No, I don't want that mess even for $50 let alone more.

My most recent eBay win was actually an amazing Edie 32 Authenticated here. $150.00 and perfect, I would be surprised if it was carried 5 times previously.

It's been a while since I posted. I bought this alpine moss off of eBay for a great price recently and have been testing her out. I love the borough bag!!! This is my third. The only complaint I have is that this has the original short strap. I found a Jessica Simpson purse on clearance at marshals with an almost perfect match longer strap that I bought and am using.

I'm think I'm in the minority who prefers the original short strap. I remember when I bought my camel they had two but the one with the shorter strap was displayed all the way at the top. When I asked to have it taken down the SA tried to convince me both were exactly the same but I knew better. He had a bit of an attitude getting the stepladder to take it down [emoji23]

Ok, what do you all still think of this bag now that it's four years old this fall? I sold my large black and my medium loganberry and thinking of selling my like new black Turnlock and warm grey trin zip... I just never use them and thinking of selling but do love this bag so.... But now dated at all? Lost its luster at all?
I'm a bit late to the game and just discovered the Borough bag. There's just something about it that is very appealing to me -- probably the classy and clean look that it offers. I actually didn't like the functionality of the original design with 5 compartments (although the original colors were the best), so I hunted down the mini borough turnlock in red currant with two zippers. No regrets, although I'm worried it might lose its shape since it's not a crossgrain leather-type. It's really cute and I definitely will try to use it (red is usually not my color but luckily it's a slightly darker red I'm trying to get out of my comfort zone).

I might get a small (or is the next size up medium?) if I decide to purchase another Borough.

Speaking of Borough bags... It's going to be on sale at the Factory store, to my surprise!
Leopard Calf Print and Alpine Moss. I really hope I can get my hands on the Alpine Moss... wish you all luck in scoring one.

Are these factory borough bags ? Or boroughs from Retail ? So will these be online only to purchase , or in stores ?

I had a tan glove leather Borough. It was a nice bag but a bit structured for me. And I found with all the zipper compartments I'd sometimes forget where my stuff was. But I'd still consider a pebbled leather Borough if the opportunity came my way. Seems like the pebbled leather would be softer.

Yeah, I found the compartments to be too much at first but now I only use the middle zipper and the open sections, one of which also has a zip pocket. I keep the dustbag in one of the outer zip sections but otherwise don't use them.

I absolutely LOVE the look of the borough, but I just couldn't deal with the fact that a lot of boroughs I see around ebay and other places were just wrecked in the corners! I hate having to be super careful with my bags, which is why I usually go with black/navy bags anyway!
As such, the brand NWT Loganberry I had just sat around until I finally decided to sell it. I barely made any profit after the fees (maybe like $5), but at least it's not sitting around my house anymore. Too bad Coach changed its return policy or I would've just returned it...
Now if I could find a nice condition black one for a good price, I might go for it - maybe I'll start searching again :)
