I'm breaking out this classic tomorrow. Mom bought me both the bag and the hangtag (I know- I'm spoiled!).

Hey everybody. I bought a tan napa leather coach borough bag. There is a small water stain on the bottom, barely noticeable. I want to prevent future water stains....does anyone know if a rain/stain guard would work or be safe for this type of leather? ThanksView attachment 3594505

Agreed! I keep an eye on eBay, looking for good deals. I have oxblood and now tan. Would like one more just because I love them so much
Ok, what do you all still think of this bag now that it's four years old this fall? I sold my large black and my medium loganberry and thinking of selling my like new black Turnlock and warm grey trin zip... I just never use them and thinking of selling but do love this bag so.... But now dated at all? Lost its luster at all?
Check out the borough bag clubhouse where you can get more opinions. If you don't use them, then it's probably better to sell. As for whether it looks dated-you kidding me? Save for 2 saddle bags, I don't own anything else from the 1941 collection; on the other hand, the 7 large boroughs I have are those you'll have to pry out of my cold dead hands.
Not dated at all! I think the bag looks clean and modern, with the very minimalist lines and small gold foiled logo. Almost Celine-ish.
I had the smaller Borough bag at one time but couldn't make it work for me. Maybe because I found it couldn't "stand" up on it's own probably due to the smaller size. I agree that the medium is probably the way to go with this bag. It has beautifully classic lines!
This bag will truly never be dated, it's beautiful and truly classic.
My Medium Loganberry is a big love of mine, but yes if you never use your bags best to sell and let someone else enjoy.
I will say I like the mini and the medium. The large is huge, gets heavy fast, and has too thin a crossbody/ shoulder strap for its size for me. It's still beautiful, just not the size for me.

I have the medium tan nappa leather Borough and a small black Borough with turnlocks and I love them both. They are beautiful, classic Coach bags. Here's my black bag. She is really lovely, such gorgeous leather.
