value is definitely subjective but color, leather, year, condition, etc. do play a role. if it’s a rare color you could get away with pricing higher but i think let your heart lead. you’ll know it’s priced too high if you don’t get many bites and you can always adjust. sometimes i consult fashionphile because they’re pretty consistent with their pricing, that might help. good luck! 💗

It really depends on how fast you want to sell it. But if I were pricing I would use EBay & filter by items SOLD.

Thank you for your input, chloe.chloe! The color is raisin so I don't think that's a rare one. But you're right, if it's not getting many bites, it's probably priced too high. Really helpful! :flowers:

since there's a pricing discussion going on, i have this black work bag with very distressed lacing on the handles, some are falling apart lol, but i want a black weekender and since i don't see the point of having two bags that are -almost- the same thing i'm probs going to sell the work so my question is which would be better, 1. fix the shoe-lacing myself and sell it or 2. leave it as and sell it??

(keeping both isn't and option since i know everyone going to say that:giggle:)

Just remember, you can always lower the price but it isn't good to raise the price once it's been listed. I think it is a good idea to start high.

If I was the seller I would be FURIOUS at this low pricing!! Sorry/not Sorry but WTF is TRR thinking that $385 is appropriate? Bag looks amazing, coveted year/leather/color AND saying retail is only $520?!?! My mind is blown.

Kudos to the buyer, but the consignor got totally and royally screwed on this one 😑

Their modelling pics are always off. The owner may have sold it outright for next to nothing as well. TRR knows nothing.:whut:

Ohhh…so this is the pewter much stuff asked about…Must have been on first look.

I agree I would be SO PISSED about that price.

I recently consigned some stuff there & I saw one of my bags listed at a price that was ridiculous. I make them send it back 😆
This got snapped up so fast there was no way the seller could have gotten it back before it was sold at this price. That’s terrible.

…and then I think about how I paid an arm and a leg for that totally f**ked green apple from them, knowing I’d have to put an extra 200+ in it for repairs. But they priced this prize so low…DAMNIT!!
