I also tried the strap from the PM on the Pochette accessoires and although it looked ok I didn’t love it because the PA was a smaller bag. I actually like the way the original strap of the Favorite MM looks on the DE maybe because it’s dark. But it’s that untreated vachetta strap...

Wow! You got lucky. I asked and they had none available because they were out of stock of PM. Shocker lol.
So far it’s still looking good, although I’ve only used it a few times and for short periods. I will be going on holiday during Easter and we’ll be walking lots and plan to take this bag, will update if there’s any signs of creasing. I’ve already promised my husband I won’t baby this bag and won’t obsess about it either, so will have to keep my fingers crossed the crease won’t develop otherwise he will be very annoyed lol
The Favorite strap is too short for me as I’m 5ft 7 so I use the Pochette extender. To solve the problem of wear and tear from removing the strap frequently (and also add more length!) I bought one of these clasps from mautto. I can clip the strap on and off without threading it through the hole. Best of all, the mautto clips are inexpensive and identical to the lv clasps.
I have mine since July 2015 and have been wearing it very regularly but no creasing problem at all. The only thing is that the front brass plate is completely scratched. Does anyone know what I can do to make it shine again?
My Favorite MM was made in January 2018. I guess my magnet is Pretty good. I can’t say it’s super strong but It hasn’t opened yet and nothing has fallen out, even when I hold it upside down. When I am in the city however, I am nervous so I link my Key Cles with all my money and credit cards to the chain inside. You can also do that with the mini Pochette accessoires for extra security.

What do you think of the reverse strap with this bag? I haven’t got my mono I ordered yet and this is way more comfy than the vachetta strap. Going on vacation before my mono comes in.
