Hello ladies
After 2 weeks of searching online and calling the customer service number for the UK (Favorite wasn’t available in the whole of the UK!)...I woke up this morning very very early and what did I see? Favorite DE PM available online! I obviously got it right away and then checked and there were no more Favorites? Is this normal? - this is my first question to you because I’m worried that they might sell me a ‘returned’ bag
Now, I’ve been reading about the crease and would like to know if the problem applies to all sizes or predominantly to MM size?

I wouldn't worry about what feels like you getting the last favourite online. Nearly all my items bought online (8 items) I've stalked early hours and when I do manage to get it, it's gone to "out of stock" status making it appear like im extremely lucky. It happens to my friends and sister too. So I wouldn't be too worried about it. Think LV just don't release a whole lot of quantity to sell online at any given time. I've got use to it now. Plus it makes you have to grab it whilst items available. Some good psych/marketing going on.

It’s not that I felt special being able to score online that one bag, rather I got suspicious that it could be a spare old bag LV found in their warehouse or something someone once returned (so many faulty Favs around )...we’ll see what’s the date on the code when it finally arrives! I just got my stalked online Favorite MM earlier this week. The date code is from the 4th week of 2018. I wondered the same thing as you.

It will be fine . Rarely ever hear pm size have the dreaded crease. Ive got a faint crease on the inside of my flap which im not bothered about. Its still perfect on the outside so I'm happy bunny.

I kept stalking the website for the monogram MM, and decided I’d call client services today after failing on two separate phone calls last night. I talked to two different people today and they were both very helpful, the first one found me a favorite MM available in White Plains New York at a freestanding store. The second one found me a favorite MM monogram available at the Neiman Marcus in New York. I decided to go with the one from Neiman Marcus Because they offered to expedite my shipping and my credit card offers 5% back at department stores. So if anyone’s looking for a favorite MM in monogram you might check with the store in White Plains New York. The pictures of it looked great. Last night both client services representative told me that there were no favorite MMs available at any store in the country, today both the people I talked to were able to locate favorite MMs. I’ve learned that you just keep on calling client services and you can eventually find what you want.

Is there anyone here who has a Favourite that has not developed the crease? I have gone through 2 barely used mono Fav mm (store bought) which developed the crease. Both times LV acts like they never seen or heard of this issue.

A quick update on my Favorite PM in DE.
I collected it from LV store and it is a pretty little bag however I wasn’t fond of the strap which looks plastic and even asked if it was but SA said it’s leather. Ok. Had the SA show me how to loop the strap, bought a key pouch and went home. Now, when I took the bag out of the box today noticed that the strap where it loops was cracked, split apart. The only person who touched the strap was SA so I’m taking the bag back but was wondering if this happened to any one else?

Eeek never looked at mine.. will have a look. Yeah yours looks like it's split already didn't think it would be that fragile. That's scary. They should be able to order you a new strap.

Yes, they better replace it because one, I only got that bag yesterday and didn’t take it out of the box until this morning and two, the only person who handled the strap wasn’t even me - it was the SA!
Very disappointed at the quality of the strap. I hope this will not become a problem in the future because I intend to use the bag very often. Ehhh...

That happened with one of my Pochette Accessoires. They mailed me a new strap no charge.

I’ve had mine since Christmas and it’s doing fine so far. It is the mono print in MM

Yes, they better replace it because one, I only got that bag yesterday and didn’t take it out of the box until this morning and two, the only person who handled the strap wasn’t even me - it was the SA!

I think you can call CS they ask for email photo and then they send you a new one. I remember my frined bought pallas clutch she thought they sent her wrong colour strap. They asked her to send pics which she did and they sent her the right colored strap. They didn't even ask her to send the wrong colour strap back.
It will save you hassle of going back into the store.

I actually went to the store, they took the whole thing and said would send me new bag so we’ll se what happens next. Fingers crossed no more problems.
