I need your advice please. I bought my mono Favorite MM in Oct 2018 new from the store. I have carried it a handful of times, then put it in it's box and forgot about it. I have just took it out and noticed the crease, that formed on the front flap.
Should I take it back to the store and ask them to fix it, or should I just sell it privately? The stickers are still on the metal plate and the long strap has never been used, so it's a nearly new bag and I'm quite upset with the crease.
