to me, has the crease or not is actually doesn't matter, because, no one would look at your bag and notice it, even if notice it, it doesn't matter either, just a bag, would they grab you and start to discuss why there is a crease or such?

and the bag doesn't cost that much, with tax still the cheapest LV bag (other than the PA), multiple ways to wear, cost per wear is one of the best bags, even if later you decide to sell it, with crease, you still can sell it for $500 at least, that just mean you may only paid $500 for that bag and used it.

V.S more expensive bags, I would be more worry about the possible issues such as cracks with these bags because of the higher cost, I actually sold quite some expensive bags in brand new condition because I was afraid of possible issues with these bags, I would lose lots of money if these issues come up in the future, that's why I ended up sold them.

The only thing I worry about is if it will eventually develop into a crease on the front. Do people who have the dreaded crease on the front have it inside the flap too?

I am really sorry if this post does not fit here, as I am completely new to this forum, but does anyone know what might be the best place to sell a basically untouched Favorite MM (puchased in December 2017)? Personally I feel that Vestiaire Collective takes a bit too much in commission but as a buyer, one must like that the items are authenticated.

Anyways, I am sad to say goodbye to my Favorite, but I am majorly fearing the creasing issue that I have seen reading through some of these comments!

I'm just living in hope now this new canvas just confines the crease in the inside flap. To be fair it's not extremely noticeable when the flap is flat. Only when bent. I really like this bag and it's function. I'm no way going to get rid of it. As it looks and functions so well for me especially self serve & pack on shopping counters it's a breeze with this bag. I'm going past LV store a week on monday so pop in and ask. I'm hoping maybe the crease is the from lining which I'm 100% fine with and maybe not from the canvas if that makes sense.

I was there a few weeks ago with a friend who also wanted the favorite, when we saw another lady buying it. So my friend asked my SA if they had anymore and she pulled another one out of the drawer. She was not on any wait list, and does not make frequent purchases either. Just right place right time.

Wow talk about right place right time!!! My mono Pouchette Metis is arriving tomorrow. One became available online and I bought it because it is so sought after, but my heart is really after a Favorite so I plan on returning the PM to my local store. I really love the Damien Ebene and I love the style of the Favorite. Maybe I'll get lucky too!!!

This was exactly my situation! I live in Denmark and actually my ultimate dream was to find a Pochette Accessoires, and if I was unsuccessful with that, I thought "maybe a Favorite MM"- but both of them had been unavailable here for AGES, and surely I didn't dream of finding one around Christmas time...Lo and behold, mid-December I figured I would just try popping into the store- it turned out one single Favorite MM had arrived just minutes prior!

I went for it, and even though in the end I decided I am still determined to get my hands on the Pochette Accessoires instead... it was very exciting in the moment I hope those still searching, can also get lucky too!

hi everyone, wanted to share my experience: I love the favorite and bought one in ebene end of december 2015... I used her a lot but am also very careful with my things... when not in use I stuffed her up. When I broke my shoulder I was extremely happy to have her... only bag I was able to use bc of the magnetic flap closure... in the meantime I have bought the favorite in the other 2 prints (azur august 2017 and mono January 18). The dreaded crease started to show on my ebene favorite very soon but now after having read that some were able to exchange bc of this I decided to try it yesterday. They were so nice and said although I had bought the bag a while ago, they could tell that I had taken very good care of her and they took her back and gave me a certificate in the amount the bag costs now. They told me next time to come in sooner. I am so happy... thanks to all of those who wrote about their experience.. otherwise I would never have bothered... fingers crossed it doesn’t happen to my other two[emoji173]️

Well, I finally got the assessment results back and they determined the crease was due to “normal wear” and that is it normal for the crease to occur. I guess that is the quality of LV purses that they are proud of. I’m no longer supporting LV. Also it does not make sense if others were able to get an exchange or store credit from the same issue... is there anything I can do?

I've been told the very same thing three times. I think it is because there are too many to replace. So instead they just screw the customers over. It seem I have all three prints but it seems that this only happen to my monogram bag.

it’s a design flaw and they have to take it back depending on how long you’ve owned it

Hello ladies
After 2 weeks of searching online and calling the customer service number for the UK (Favorite wasn’t available in the whole of the UK!)...I woke up this morning very very early and what did I see? Favorite DE PM available online! I obviously got it right away and then checked and there were no more Favorites? Is this normal? - this is my first question to you because I’m worried that they might sell me a ‘returned’ bag
Now, I’ve been reading about the crease and would like to know if the problem applies to all sizes or predominantly to MM size?
