Hi all, this is an update on my new bag... my 2nd favourite MM is having creasing issue after 8 months... I bring my back to the store and the tell me they will file a report to QR team to verify is this a defact... I am so upsad about it... they want me to wait for 3-4 weeks for the QR report to be release.
Here is the update about my second lv favourite mm creasing issue.
Aug 31th, 2017
I filed a report to LV QR team by walking in to the store, with a random SA by showing my bag for the SA I use to deal with is on leave. The new SA taken the photo of the bag and mention he will create the complain report later. Then I walk off from the store with out taking the new SA contact details.
Sept 5th, 2017
After waited for a month I decided to call in the customer hotline to ask for status by providing my name. To my surprise the help desk mention they cannot locate the complain report that raised under my name. this make me crazy. I tell them o am up sad about it for I did walk in to file the report. The help desk try to comfort me saying they will get the SA to return me a call regarding to the report status.

SA contacted me asking me to provide the date code for my Lv Favourite MM for this is missing from complain that he raised and hinting me that I can consider to top up and exchange with other bag.

- I follow-up with SA, SA said no update from QR team.
- SA try to persuade me to change other bag

- I follow-up with SA, SA says no update
- SA try to persuade me to change to other bag

SA update me that QR team still not coming back with the report and SA foresees I will never get the update from QR team.

I have tired of waiting, I have decided to return the creasing lv favourite MM to exchange store credit and top up to buy speedy b 30 in DE.
Summary:
I waited for 5 months and LV QR team did not realease the report on why may second LV favourite MM is creasing.
Why it is so hard to have the SA to says “we are sorry and we admit this is a product defect. Due to this reason we are willing to exchange this bag with the store credit and you can use it for you next purchase?”....
This is my experience... I wish those who love LV Favourite MM... do not need to go through this...
