I use mine pretty much everyday so I end up setting it flat on my chair or my desk with the paper between the magnets. If I know I won't be using it for a while, I store it in the dust bag upright.

Lolll I really hope not but I am definitely keeping my fingers crossed! Worst comes to worst I hope LV's CS won't fail us if the dreaded crease does happen :\
Aw, man, I am so sorry! That really sucks. I am officially out on the Favorite. It was going to be my first LV, but I just do not want to spend $1,000 and then worry constantly waiting for this to happen.I will check out the Eva. At least I'll save some money! But I am bummed. Really loved the Favorite MM. Hope you can get a resolution on this one.
It's seems to be hit or miss. I bought mine in February and haven't had any issues but there are people that bought theirs in the past few months that have the crease. Honestly...as convenient & cute as this bag is, I'd definitely buy another one. I'm thinking of getting the Azur. Hopefully I'll Luck up with that one too.

I don't store mine any special way & I don't have a crease. I honestly just think it's the luck of the draw. I have a MM DE, which I bought in February.

I am using my bag now more because of the creases here. Still NO Crease! I store my bag empty, flat in her dustbag.
The new Magnet is georgeous and i ordered the EVA strap for her!
May I ask what the date code is on your favorite? Am hoping it is recent and perhaps they have fixed the issue. TIA.
I went in today and showed them my Favorite PM in de and they said "I've never seen this before" surprise surprise ... but the sa that helped me took pictures and said she would talk to their repair team and I should hear from them tomorrow.
For those that have the DE print.... Have you noticed any rubbing of the canvas, sort of like what happens to the DE print with the speedys and neverfulls, where the print starts to rub off and it leaves behind black. I want the MM in the DE print but with it being a cross body bag I feel like it is naturally going to encounter a lot of friction with rubbing back and forth against your body.
is there anybody can help if there is any way to "polish" the brass metal? I tried to be really careful when i wore them but with 1 toddler and 1 baby. there isnt any other way for me to take good care of my bag when I'm with them. many scratches appear after my trip to Australia.
