I don't think it's fixed yet. I bought mine in 2015 and when I brought it to my lv boutique, they said they've never seen this issue before. (I think they're lying though.) I still haven't heard from my SA and she isn't responding to my text messages either.

I'm 5 foot tall and it fits me fine both as a cross body and shoulder bag.

Enjoy your bag! Most people don't even have a crease. We see it because we're on a forum & the issue is magnified. I love my bag & use it quite often. It gets no special treatment when stored & I have no crease.

It was purchased in 2015. I did and they said it's inevitable for the crease to happen with the Favorite. I made a post a few pages back and no answer yet from my SA

So update!!! I heard back from my SA and they said they will offer me an exchange.... ... now I don't know what to go for. I still want to stick to a small crossbody but does anyone have any suggestions? I was kind of looking at the Pallas clutch and the pochette Felicie.
