That's great news. I love the look of the Pallas clutch. I have no idea about the wear and tear though. Hopefully someone can offer advice.So update!!! I heard back from my SA and they said they will offer me an exchange....... now I don't know what to go for. I still want to stick to a small crossbody but does anyone have any suggestions? I was kind of looking at the Pallas clutch and the pochette Felicie.

I have both the Favorite and the Pallas clutch, love them both! I did a comparison of the 2 on YouTube that you can check out so you can see the pro's and cons of each of them [emoji847]
You can tell by feeling the reinforcement in the flap if it will crease or not. The ones that crease only have the reinforcement inside that goes up slightly above the gold logo( where it ends up creasing. The other ones (mine thankfully) goes up about an inch further.
I considered this exact combination recently and chose the Pallas clutch. I liked it far more than the felicie - you can dress it up or down, you can use it in so many ways and it looks really smart on - the felicie only has the gold strap as far as I know. My SA strongly recommended the Pallas clutch over the felicie too, although from all the small cross bodies available, the only ones he likes are the Pallas clutch (which he recommends above all) and the felicie. He is a funny SA - very opinionated and happy to tell me that he doesn't recommend or like a particular bag (and there were lots he was critical about for me).

I am using my Pallas clutch for the first time today and it fits my kindle!!! Plus keys, money, cards, and all other things I need today. I am officially in love, none of my other small bags fit my kindle!!!
So since the SA I spoke to wasn't clear, I asked the floor manager and she said it's only an exchange for the same bag.. but I'm sad there's no more MIF models... I really hate the tag the USA ones have. But when I asked she said she can hold it til the end of the year til they can find one, if not then she's just going to do an exchange. I was just annoyed because she gave off a vibe like "be grateful I'm even exchanging for you"
I'm grateful they are allowing me to exchange but I hate walking into the boutique these days because I always get sassy attitude. Now I just wait...So I also got a replacement for my Favorite mono pm. 2 actually. The first replacement had a "made in" tag that was leather. The date code said it was made in the US 40th week of 2016. Well I had to return it because the side leather part was cracking. The 2nd replacement has a cloth tag! Made in the US 44th or 46th week of 2016. (I'm not looking right now) But has anyone else noticed this change!?!?
I'm pretty sure my made in US bag has a leather tag and it was made somewhere around 36th week of 2016. I'll double check and let you know.
