I think I'll keep looking, as I didn't really feel like it was worth the $1k I spent on it. I wonder if the pochette accessories would work better for me. It's smaller at 9.1 x 5.1 x 1.6 inches (where the Favorite mm is 11.0 x 6.7 x 1.6 inches and the Favorite pm is 9.4 x 5.5 x 1.6 inches). Maybe I'll look at some photos of that. I need something that would hold a phone, lipgloss and maybe a small wallet or card case for when I don't want to take something like my pochette metis or siena.

I can totally see it. Im having the same issue with mine. My husband said don't worry about its just a bag but, I'm going to take it in the next time I go to LV and see what they say.
I think the more people who come forward with this crease issue, the more LV will be forced to address it as they did when some of their bags had other well known issues (peeling etc). This has to be a defect. So many bags can't be having this issue. When u go take pics of other people's bags that are online with the defect and show them so they know it's not an issue limited to just you. Good luck.
My mono bag was bought in April of 2015 and developed it ever so slightly within the year, with barely any use. Some people seem to have never had this problem, some say it's mostly with the mono print. I don't know what to think as I do know of some DE and DA prints having it but not a lot of them. I store my replacement bag the best I can and hope for the best, I try to enjoy it and not think about the creasing issues. As much as I love the bag, I wouldn't have bought it if I knew about this issue.

Congrats! Modeling shot please? I was wanting to go pick one up today to but I'm not positive yet!
I purchased mine in January and it had started developing the dreaded crease. It was more prominent in certain lighting and angles, but it was there and only going to get worse. I knew of the issue when I purchased, but hoped for the best because I loved the bag so much. I sent pics to my wonderful SA and she sent to workshop for them to see. She got back with me and said the workshop says it is from the reinforcement strip in the flap, but shouldn't have started to develop so fast (which tells me that, ultimately, it's inevitable). They defected the bag out and offered a new one or credit. As much as I loved it, I didn't want to risk it again, so opted for the credit. My SA was so helpful and her customer service was awesome in getting this taken care of for me.

.I think there have been a few on here that it hasn't happened to yet (and hopefully won't), but from what I've read, it's been pretty broad spread. It occurs due to the construction of the bag...some take longer than others. I've read the strength of the magnet may have something to do with how quickly it appears, which makes sense since it pulls on that reinforcement strip that ultimately causes the crease in the first place. My magnet was a good magnet and never came open unless I opened it, which is what I would want. Maybe those with weaker magnets are the ones not seeing this happen, or happen as quickly. Thanks so much for you response. My Favorite was purchased in September of 2014 and has not started creasing yet but I can tell that it potentially could start. When I started reading people's post and looking at their pictures I started to get concerned and I put something between the flap and the bag to minimize any possible creasing as some suggested.
Me too! I use my DE strap on my Mono Pochette, looks great! Been doing this for a while rather than buying another strap [emoji106][emoji6]
