Thanks for bringing this up....i will love to hear about vintage too!
I started collecting LV 7 years ago and mostly are pre-loved 'coz it's much cheaper and i never thought that i'm gonna forever love bags, particularly LV. my first purchased is an epi noe coded: A21910 and correct me if i'm wrong...i understood it as made in france-november 1990. gosh! it will be almost 26 years! and i still Love IT!
i'm not the expert to ask..i always Google it and you will find many sites: Louis Vuitton Authentication Guide & Date CodesI would like to know what these date codes mean. Does anyone have knowledge of their meaning?
ThanksThanks!I clean the vachetta parts first by wiping it with non-alcohol, unscented baby wipes to remove the dirt and gunk especially under the handles. Then I use Apple Leather Conditioner afterwards.
No worriesDBF means dear boyfriend and DH means dear husband
I also learned about these shortcuts along the way as a tPF member. You will too for sure
Thanks Summer! [emoji4]
Wow. Looks new! This little gal will be turning 20 on January next year! Here's a picture of her a month ago when I got her off eBay Japan and she's doing great so far! [emoji7] I rotate her with my other bags weekly after buying a vintage mono strap.
