I was told basically any stone which isn’t a main stone. Turquoise, lapis, colored mother of pearls, porcelain, etc. are almost impossible nowadays.

I was shock when my SA told me it arrived yesterday. I think it is pre-made and in the warehouse already.
MTO can be amazingly quick. I had this necklace made last year in white gold and GMP, another MTO combo, and it also only took one week.
I've been wanting to do a MTO of the 2 motif earrings (WG MoP) but I dont want to wait 3-9 months! Also, I officially got information from an SA that MTO is 85,000 spend, and special order which isn't preapproved is significantly higher.

Huge congratulations! something interesting I notice from your photo. 1 photo, looks like YG, but 2 & 3 definitely look like RG.
