I’d say to be considered a true VIP you have to be in the $250k+ range, more likely in the $500k+ and high jewelry and/or watches are involved. May also be boutique dependentIf you spend $85K at van cleef you arent a VIP???
Gorgeous!! Pls can u tell me where your thin diamond bangles are from?Decided to skip the gray MOP and rose gold. I tried the one with diamonds and it did not stand out on my skin at all. So I pulled the trigger on the Agate bracelet. It looked to much better. Will plan a SO another time. Will look at their book calmly to pick something nice. Also, both my SA and my store manager did not recommend me to get the rock crystal braceletView attachment 5825502. She said it scratches like crazy after a few years of use and it looks like scratched acrylic bracelet after heavy use. So, no thank you!![]()
I am guessing that $250k gets you to KIP. KINDA important person.I’d say to be considered a true VIP you have to be in the $250k+ range, more likely in the $500k+ and high jewelry and/or watches are involved. May also be boutique dependent

Yeah. Who needs a house? That’s literally a HOUSE
An SO is any combination of size + form factor + colour combo that isn’t currently offered as stock, and that isn’t on the Alhambra MTO list.Does anyone know if ordering something in an uncommon size, for example an extra large yg pave frivole or a large lapis RdN clip, is a special order? MTO? Just regular order of something not typically in stock. I don’t think I mean ordering anything not in production, but something I’m not even sure is in production since I haven’t seen, but exists in another size if that makes any sense
Very succinctly put.An SO is any combination of size + form factor + colour combo that isn’t currently offered as stock, and that isn’t on the Alhambra MTO list.
If a pendant is stocked in a size in WG and you want it in yellow - that’s an SO
If a pair of earrings is no longer in production and you want them - that’s an SO (not all retired lines can be SO’d - they won’t remake LE pieces again, for example, outside of specific circumstances/for certain clients)
OmgI’d say that qualifies you as a Fan. Maybe a Stan.

My own observation is VCA seems to place value on.long-term clients, and probably understand that not many people can or would want to buy pieces non-stop so “breaks” are ok. Also appreciated are those who purchase from various lines rather than only one line, as it means the client may stick with the brand for longer and not leave once their appetite for a particular line is exhausted.This. My request for LE onyx earrings was approved. I was super surprised considering I'd been an absentee client last couple of years. Who knows what VCA's requirements are. Just happy mine was approved.
No wonder my SA doesnt take me seriously (bought one thing, a MOP Alhambra pendant this june—first purchase) But you gotta start somewhere right?!Nope but your now considered a serious client
