Ooh, red! I love red but I definitely don't need any more small purses in red - I have the satchel, an Abbie, a Laura, an Ergo and the geometric!
I've seen the brown one before. I really like that blue! I bet it is hard to find one in good condition.
Is it like mine? I can hardly wait to see it!I just bought a red satchel-please note that I said a few posts up that I was on a ban, but this bag was my "last one" and I lost the auction. So I purchased something else on Etsy, I'd been eyeing, then I got a second chance offer on the red one. What's a girl to do? I at least closed the email and thought about it for a bit before I took the plunge.

Hi! Wave, wave. I'm new to the purseblog and have been reading through the rehab and rescue thread for over a week now, in between work and the rest of my life.
I just found this thread and think it's great, but will have to admit that I haven't read through everything yet. I will. I love seeing everyone's "finds" of vintage Coach...always my favorite.
I have a new acquisition that I found on eBay. Hyacinth authenticated for me. It's a lovely Italian bag that arrived yesterday. My first Italian. Why, two weeks ago, I didn't even know that Coach made handbags in Italy! And now, I want a collection of vintage Italian bags.

I love Italian Coach bags! Which one did you get? The link didn't work for me.
Beautiful! I just got my first Coach Italian bag this week as well. I don't know how I missed them to begin with.Hyacinth wasn't sure what the name is, but was able to tell me that it is from the Bridle series, possibly a Demi, in the late 1990s. For some reason, I can't upload the photos. I'll take my own and upload for you later on this evening.

Nice! I now have two Italian Madison bags plus two card cases and a lipstick case. The black one is a Sutton and the brown one is a Gracie. They are so different from the rest of my Coach collection. They have textured fabric lining - like grosgrain ribbon. What kind of lining does your bag have?Hyacinth wasn't sure what the name is, but was able to tell me that it is from the Bridle series, possibly a Demi, in the late 1990s.
