I called them today. Waited for 4 hours for them to call me back. They are saying that they have “problem with ACH and wire transfer.”What is happening with their payment system? Its been array for 2 weeks now. Only checks are being mailed? are they going through some financial challenges? is it because Saks acquired NM? and we know they have money issues. This is all very dodgy.

All payment are paid through Checks, Paypal or NM gift card. I didn’t want to risk a check that may take up to 2 weeks, so I picked Paypal. I hope they don’t charge a fee on top of it because that would be so lame.

They will call within 3-4 hours.I shipped a birkin 35 to them and on June 13th I got an email notice from them saying they are not buying my bag and will return to me, and it has been 11 days, no tracking number uploaded, I tried to email them - no response, I tried to online chat with their client service - chat box keep showing offline, I finally be able to reach out to their online personal shopper(client service still showing offline) today and told them my situation, they told me to wait a few mins and after 10 mins they didnt response to me and shut down my chat box, i log back into my account using another broswer, their online chat is showing offline again(both client service and personal shopper). What are they trying to do here??
