What is happening with their payment system? Its been array for 2 weeks now. Only checks are being mailed? are they going through some financial challenges? is it because Saks acquired NM? and we know they have money issues. This is all very dodgy.

I called them today. Waited for 4 hours for them to call me back. They are saying that they have “problem with ACH and wire transfer.”

All payment are paid through Checks, Paypal or NM gift card. I didn’t want to risk a check that may take up to 2 weeks, so I picked Paypal. I hope they don’t charge a fee on top of it because that would be so lame.

it doesn't make sense that they're not giving fashionphile credit when they state the issue is with ACH and wires???
I recently sold a pair of Chanel loafers and got an incredible offer. with store credit it would've exceeded the retail cost (which is what I wanted). I got the email of my payment and noticed in small details they're sending a check. i also noticed on the site they've disabled live client chat. i'm so annoyed with this!

When I was driving into my selling appointment, they said no NM gift cards. I think something fishy is definitely happening.

I initially thought maybe they got hit with a cyber attack as a of couple retailers have been hit recently. But now it sounds like they are reassessing their payout model. They have had a lot of sales lately and it seemed to be on products they originally overpriced. The current resale market is a bit sluggish.
 
Something is up for sure. They told me that this “issue” started on June 17th and they are trying to resolve it. They was going to contact all the sellers but there are just too many.

They said all ACH and Wire payment are changed to Check unless we talk to them. I did not want to risk with a check and wait 10 days so I picked Paypal and hope I won’t get a fee. They already low ball everything so much.

A NM gift card was an option for me per our conversation this morning. Hope everyone get paid. Until they resolve this, I probably wouldn’t sell anything to them.

I shipped a birkin 35 to them and on June 13th I got an email notice from them saying they are not buying my bag and will return to me, and it has been 11 days, no tracking number uploaded, I tried to email them - no response, I tried to online chat with their client service - chat box keep showing offline, I finally be able to reach out to their online personal shopper(client service still showing offline) today and told them my situation, they told me to wait a few mins and after 10 mins they didnt response to me and shut down my chat box, i log back into my account using another broswer, their online chat is showing offline again(both client service and personal shopper). What are they trying to do here??

call them and talk to someone over the phone. Select the call back option. They will call within 3-4 hours.
something is going on with them and I don’t like it.
