I think you should open a formal claim with UPS if you haven't already (see below). I'm not sure if
fashionphile provides labels with extra insurance included. Hopefully they do, if not It looks like UPS provides coverage up to $100 only for packages if no additional insurance was purchased.
--- Online Claim Submission: Go to UPS's Claims Page and log in to your account.
--- Phone Submission: Call UPS customer service (1-800-PICK-UPS or your local number) to report the loss and start the claims process.
I really hope this works out for you somehow. I had lost packages show up after 2 months, hopefully they'll find it sooner or later.
